YOU'RE BACK… NEJI+TEN STORY
Tenten walked into her room ready to get some sleep. (But she knew that that's impossible now that HE'S gone.) Neji left on the same day that Tenten was going to confess her love for him.
Tenten hugged her teddy bear that Neji gave her when they were genins (ten years ago).
"I see that you still have that thing I gave you…"came a voice.
Tenten whipped her head around to see the man that stole her heart-Hyuuga Neji.
"Neji! You're back! You came back!" Tenten stood up and hugged Neji with all her might. It's been days, weeks, months, and two years since he's been gone.
His clothes were all ripped and torn. "Neji, what happened?" she asked with concerning eyes.
"The B rank mission turned into an S rank mission…" his voice sounded a bit hoarse.
"Neji… all that matters is that you're back…" she said softly. She noticed his wounds. "Neji, we should clean up your wounds…"
"Hn……"
Neji took a shower and let Tenten treat his wounds. They remained in silence. When Tenten finished, she traced her fingers trough a big gash across his chest.
"Neji……?"
"Hn?"
"How'd you come back? You were gone for a long time… everyone thought that you were……dead.
How'd you get trough all that…?"
"I thought…about only one thing…………you…"
Before Tenten could react, Neji pulled her into a passionate kiss.
"Tenten… I love you……"
"I-I love you too…Neji……"
He gingerly placed her down onto the bed and placed the covers over them.
"Neji?"
"Hn?"
"Thank you…"
"…"
"Thank you for coming back to me…"
He wrapped her in an embrace.
"Tenten?"
"Hm?"
"I love you…"
"I love you too……Neji."
