I was kind of inspired to write this, out of no apparent reason. It just sort of came to me.
I was there when my Father created the world. I was there when sin was first born. I was there when you were but a child, and I held you in my arms and comforted you. I am always there. I will always walk next to you, not behind you, nor before you, and sometimes it will seem like I have left. But know my child, in your darkest hours, when no one is beside you. That is not when I leave you, that is when I carry you.
I have died a thousand deaths for your sin, for I want to throw open the gates to my kingdom and let all my children in. Know, I do not care what race or country you are from. So long as you love me. I was there when all countries and races were one, my children, don't you see you are all one people? You are all my people? For I am neither black, nor white, I am everything.
My Children, you need not fear of destroying the world I made for you, my father knew of your woes when he created this world, and you do not understand everything about it. The only one who has the power to make the oceans rise is my father, and he will do so as the world ends.
I am there for the soldiers warring leaders send into battle. I am with them when they die. My children, these folly wars pain me to watch, but I am the only one who can end them. Be good to the leaders of noble countries, they have a large job, and only try for what is best for their subjects. But they are only human and they make mistakes. Recognize this, and forgive them.
I was there when Adam and Eve ate the apple. I was there during the great flood. I was there through it all. I am still here. I was there when you were born. I was there on your first day of school. I was there as you stood proudly in your graduation robes listening to the band playing in your honor. I was there when you got your first job. I was there as you stood kneeling before my altar and you choose to give your life to me. I was there as you grew old and retired. I was there every time you sent your voice to me and prayed. I was there through it all, and now I am with you as you lay old. My dear child, you will come with me to my kingdom soon, just know I love you. And I am always there.
