In Heaven to Stay

"Sammy," Dean shouted.

"Dean, over here." The boys looked around skeptically. They were surrounded by mountains of cars.

"We're at Bobby's. Except Bobby's place is ash so…"

"You're in heaven ya idjits." Bobby said behind them. The boys swung around. "And Cas says you're here to stay, finally. Now come on, the girls made lunch."

"Girls?" Dean smirked.

"But Bobby we were on a case. We have to go back; people are in danger," Sam always the logical one.

"There are other hunters Sam. Didn't you boys just train that girl, Asha? I'm sure she can handle herself."

"Girls?" Dean repeated.

The boys followed Bobby into the house as Sam continued to question things. "And Bobby I thought we all had our own heaven. No offense, but then why are we here."

"Well you do, but you can visit other people's."

"Girls?" Dean repeated yet again.

Dean, who was imagining playboy models and busty asian beauties in his heaven, was thoroughly disappointed by Bobby's answer: "Well my wife and…"

"Jess?" Sam stopped dead as he entered the kitchen.

Jess smiled at sam lovingly, "Hi, Sam. I've been waiting for you a long time."

Sam stopped questioning things and they eventually all sat down at the table. There were burgers and salads and pizza and, -Dean perked up- pie. This heaven didn't seem all that bad, but as Dean looked around at Bobby holding his wife's hand and Sammy holding Jess', he couldn't help but wondering why he had to be alone. He decided he probably didn't deserve anyone; who would want to share heaven with a son of a bitch like him? But then he realized that there was an extra place setting next to him. "Are we expecting someone else?"

"Of course we are ya idjit. What did you think you'd be spending eternity alone?" Dean looked as though he were about to ask who. "We all know who you want to be sitting there boy, you don't have to play dumb."

"What are we talking about?" With a flutter of wings Castiel suddenly appeared beside Dean. Sam tried to suppress his laughter, and Jess stepped on his foot as hard as she could. Deans face turned a brighter shade of red than the eyes of crossroads demon.

"Well, boy," Bobby said expectantly. Cas kept his eyes on Dean, now confused.

Dean grabbed the hand of his angel. The latter cocked his head, but didn't object; instead, a smile spread across his face. "I could get used to heaven," Dean decided.
