Puck POV

I logged onto my email. I saw that Sam was online, so I decided to video chat him.

"How's life in Tennessee?" I asked as soon as I saw his face on the screen.

"It's terrible. I wanna go back to Lima. What's new there?"

"I'm exhausted trying to stop Quinn from sabotaging Shelby. She wants full custody of our baby, so she's trying to make Shelby look like an unfit mother. When she does something to sabotage her, I undo it. It's so much work. Too much, man, too much."

"Why does she want full custody? Do you want full custody?"

"Yeah, I do, but I want to take care of her with Shelby, not with Quinn. Oh, and she says she wants something perfect in her life."

"That's BS. She's perfect."

"Wait…do you still like her?"

"Yeah but don't tell her. I wanna tell her in person."

"In person?"

"My dad is talking with his old boss in Ohio about getting his old job back."

"I have to go. And don't worry, man, I won't tell Quinn."

I walked into the choir room. I saw Quinn and walked towards her.

Quinn POV

I heard footsteps and looked up.

"Hi," Sam said.

"Hi."

"Puck said you wanted full custody on your baby because you wanted something perfect in your life. You don't need something perfect in your life because you are perfect," he said. It reminded me why I love him, because he's so sweet.

"I'm not perfect. I'm a cheater. Is that perfect? No. I was a hideous troll called Lucy Caboosey. Is that perfect? No. I'm in love with my ex. Is that perfect? No." I can't believe I practically told him I loved him.

"I think Lucy was cute. Which ex are you in love with?"

"You skipped over the fact that I'm a cheater because there's no good way to spin that. The worst part is the ex I'm in love with, the only guy I ever truly loved, I cheated on." I ignored his question.

"Well that knocks out Puck. Who are you in love with?" He's so damn insistent.

"You," I admitted. I kissed her.

"Good because I love you back. And just so you know, you're perfect to me."
