Disclaimer: I don't own Twilight!
April 30th 2007
This is the story of how the Cullens got me and my friend Ashley in trouble yesterday.
To me school is boring and my friends and I need a little pizzazz every now and then to keep our minds occupied. No one had a lot of pizzazz before. That was until Twilight came along.
I was the first of our group that consisted of Ashley, Hollie, Molly, Amy, and Caroline to read Twilight. Now I, Haley, am a very vocal person, so I decided to share me pizzazz with everyone at the lunch table. I talked and talked and talked about Twilight until Molly showed an interest in reading it.
Now my other friend, Ashley is probably the hardest person to get to read a book. I invited her over to spend the night at my house one Saturday and so I began talking about Twilight again. Ashley asked me to explain the book so I did. I also explained numerous fanfictions I have read. Ashley then decided that she would like to read the book, so I handed it over.
Ashley finished the book who intern gave to Molly who wanted to read it. Ashley demanded for me to let her borrow New Moon as well. So me being my oh so nice self decided not to deprive her of a great book.
After Ashley had finished New Moon I decided to take a test on Twilight at school for AR point. For those who don't know, AR is a program that gives you points for each book you read and take a test on. My AR goal is 40 points and it just so happens that Twilight and New Moon are worth about 20 points each.
Ashley who direly needed AR points was overjoyed to find that Twilight and New Moon would give her the points she needed. Ashley who had a low grade in literature now has a grade the same as mine! She had successfully gotten a 102 average. Ashley attacked me when she saw her grade and was glad I had made her read Twilight and New Moon.
Molly then finished Twilight and New Moon and also loved them. Also Hollie, another group member is reading it now. Caroline, who doesn't want to read a five-hundred page book just listens as we talk about it. Caroline now knows everything about the book and could ace the AR test if she wanted to. Amy still has not read it and I don't believe she wants to.
Now one day at lunch Ashley brought in a picture she found on the internet of the Cullens called "The Cullen Bunch". We all liked that picture very much. Now, me and Ashley have seventh period together and she sits right behind me. We were done with our Wordly Wise and were looking at the picture again. While Ashley was in the middle of drawing an anti-mike symbol Mrs. Elrod yelled at us and took up the picture. Now were are in trouble. Thankfully not big trouble…well I'm in none and Ashley just got yelled at some…oh well, I'm gonna miss that picture!
