False Alarm!

Summuary- The neighbors had grown used to seeing Troy sneak up the tree and onto the balcolny of Gabriella's room, but what do the new neighbors think?

The neighbors had grown used to seeing Troy sneak up the old oak tree and onto the balcolny of Gabriella's bedroom. In fact, old Miss Crenshaw, to the left of Gabriella's house, would shake her head, yell something out at Troy.
"You must be a pro at this by now! Right, Troy?" she would say in her old crackling voice. Troy would laugh at her comments and sometimes shout back a few comments himself.
"Well, maybe, I don't know." and he would continue up the tree and would enter Gabriella's room.
To the right, old Mr. Haller would yell something about Troy doing crazy things for love.
No matter who saw him, they would just laugh it off and say, "Ahh, young love."
One day, Mr. Haller pack up his things and left to live in Florida, and a new neighbor moved in. Mr. and Mrs. Kelley were about 26, and they were newly weds, ready to start a family. They had been over early that day, an invitation from Mrs. Montez, and had met Gabriella. They thought she was a wonderful girl.
Later that night, Mr. and Mrs. Kelley were sitting on their back porch, enjoying the silence, when they heard a noise in the next yard over. They saw someone talking on their cell phone, and making their way over to the old oak tree. Of course it was who else but Troy!
"No, Chad, I got it...no she doesn't know I'm coming." Troy paused, and then laughed at something Chad had obviously said. "No, she'll be so shocked she won't be able to do anything to hurt me."
"Greg, I think you should call the cops." When Mrs. Kelley said this, they had missed Troy say something.
"Yeah, I know, our two year anniversary. I don't think she thinks I remembered."
Greg (Mr. Kelley) stood up and picked up the phone. After telling the police about the situation, they went to make sure Gabriella was ok, and wouldn't get hurt, or possibly rapped, by this 'stanger'. They knocked on the front door of the Montez house, and Mrs. Montez answered.
"Oh hello, Greg, Mindy. What brings you by tonight?" at about that time, they her Gabriella shriek.
With Troyella
"What the- Oh hey Troy! Hey, what are you doing here?" Gabriella said, looking up from her book.
"I just thought I'd drop off by on our two year anniversary." Then Troy showed her a little lab puppy. Gabriella squealed with joy when she saw the dog.
Back Down Stairs.
By now you could hear the police sirens approaching the Montez house. After they heard the scream, Greg pushed passed Mrs. Montez, and run up the stair to Gabriella's room. Now, their were police cars outside the Montez household, and police came running up to the house and up the stairs.
When they reached the top step, they saw a sheepishly looking Greg walking back, and a very confused Gabriella and Troy following him.
"False alarm, it was her boyfriend. Sorry."
"Sorry, Greg, Mindy, we forgot to mention that my boyfriend Troy likes to surprise me by sneaking into my room through my balcolny." Everyone laughed, even the police, and everyone went home, well except Troy, who still had plans for that night.
Sorry it was so short, I just thought it would be a cute oneshot.
