The Ninja Great Shift

Summary: One day out of nowhere a massive earthquake had plagued the Elemental Nations, but that is not all. As most of the population had ended up swapping bodies with other people, with only a small percentage staying unswitched.
Chapter 1
One fine day in the lands known as the Elemental Nations, my sensei and I were walking along a forest road. My sensei is a tall white haired male, with red paint markings on his face. Were as I was a tall blonde haired male, with six whisker like birthmarks on each side of my cheeks. If you haven't guessed it yet we are Naruto Uzumaki, and Jiraiya of the Sannin proud ninjas of Konohagakure No Sato. As to why my sensei and I were not in the village, you see we've been on an important training journey for the past three years.
For why we were out on this training trip, I must tell you a bit about myself. You see on the night of my birth a demon known as the nine tailed fox had attacked the village. And the fourth Hokage at the time bravely fought, but could not defeat the demon fox. So instead he sealed into a new born child at the time, who just so happened to be me. Though I did not find out about it later, it made my early life terrible.
As both adult civilians and ninjas alike would hate me, and tell their children to stay away from me. So growing up I was always lonely, but I did manage to have some people in my life such as the third Hokage and the Ichiraku ramen owners. So soon after I had turned the correct age I enrolled in the ninja academy, in order to one day fulfill my dream of becoming Hokage. But thanks in part to my less than stellar chakra control and sabotage I quickly became the dead last of the academy.
Though after some many attempts I was finally able to graduate, and become a ninja not only to accomplish my dream but to be recognised and accepted by my village. Once I had graduated I was placed on a team with Sasuke Uchiha my rival, and Sakura Haruno the girl i was crushing on along with having Kakashi Hatake as our sensei. Even though we had our trials and tribulations we able to pull together as a team most of the time, especially in our C-ranked turned A-ranked mission to Wave Country.
After the wave mission following that was the Chunin Exams, were evry genin was hoping complete in order to advance in rank. Though it was full of peril since my team was attacked by the rouge sannin Orochimaru, who inflected Sasuke with a curse mark. Although our troubles were far from over, cause at the finals of the exams the life village was invaded by both Suna and Sound which was created by Orochimaru. At the end of the invasion our leader the third Hokage had died.
So the council had sent both Jiraiya and I to find tsunade Senju to become the fifth Hokage. After we had succeeded in our mission we quickly returned to the village, were even more trouble had awaited for us. For see thanks to Orochimaru's plans Sasuke had chosen to defect from the village in order to be trained by the sannin, to kill his brother. Though even if I was not allowed to be on the retrieval team Tsunade had gathered, I still went anyways. But as soon as we had caught up to Sasuke, the rest of the retrieval team was pitted against the sound four while I went ahead to face Sasuke at the Valley of the End.
Though in the aftermath Sasuke was able to win, and had managed to escape. After we had returned to the village and healed, Jiraiya had offered me a three year training trip. Not only to help me grow stronger, but also since he told me of a criminal organization hunting down all the jinchuriki. So after Tsunade had agreed to the plan we were prepared to leave the village, though not before I promised Sakura that I would bring Sasuke back, though I did tell her he would be either dead or alive. After that was said and done both Jiraiya and I were off on our training journey.
During the time away on our journey, Jiraiya only wanted to focus on me using the nine tailed fox's power as well different versions of the rasengan. Although I put my foot down and told him how stupid his training ideas were. First off I stated that if I were to be hiding from the Akatsuki then using the fox's power would only draw them closer to us. And as well as stating that Orochimaru was going to be teaching Sasuke everything he knows, so that is when i told Jiraiya that I needed to focus on my own chakra first.
After that was when my real training had begun, and thanks to my shadow clones it only improved from there. From the toads I was able to learn not the frog kata style taijutsu, but also had begun senjutsu training as well. Also I had found at that my elemental affinity was wind, which served to increase my jutsu arsenal. Going onto the last year is when I decide to chat with the fox, though this time there was no insulting each other. I had apologized for him having to be sealed within me, and asked for his help in mastering his power so that we may both live. After a while the fox had agreed to help me, which I can now safely use four tails worth of the fox's power.
Though now we were traveling around helping me gain experience against enemies of all calibers to put my skills to the test. Although as we were walking down an forest road near the hidden waterfall village, I had begun to feel both my chakra and the fox's to act strange from within me. Turning towards Jiraiya I saw that he was also feeling the same thing I was , when all of a sudden a massive earthquake had started. Throughout the quake I was trying to make my way over to Jiraiya, when I was about a few feet from him all of a sudden I had blacked out.
After a while of being unconscious I felt someone shaking me to wake me up, and calling out to me as well. Though everything was a bit hazy since I had felt the sensation of warm water surrounding me. Immediately guessing that I was in a hot spring which was weird since I was just in a forest, I slowly opened my eyes and came face-to-face with a towel covered Hinata. Though before I could ask anything I heard Hinata say "Ino thank Kami that you are alright, I was so worried when you blacked out on me." hearing call me Ino utterly confused me.
But before I could correct her on who I was, I looked into the water and saw the reflection of Ino Yamanaka the resident fashion queen of Konoha. Thoroughly shocked and confused at what I saw I quickly said to Hinata "Hinata listen carefully I know that I may look like Ino, but I am really Naruto." though it seemed as if she did not believe me. Thinking quickly I then said to her "remember when you're clansmen sans you had not only their underwear turned pink, but also itching powder was placed in there as well it was men who did it." after explaining one of my pranks to her I saw that she started to believe more.
Then I heard her say to me "Naruto-kun is that really you in there inside of Ino's body?" was her question. Nodding my head in acceptance I said "yes it is I am glad you believe me Hinata, though I do not know what is going now, since i was out on my journey with Jiraiya when all of a sudden a big earthquake had happened." I told the Hyuga princess. After telling her my tale, she said to me "yes I know about the earthquake since Ino and I were here in the hot springs when it happened." which caused me to blush as I noticed we were only wearing towels.
Acting quickly I said to Hinata that "look Hinata maybe we should get out of here and see what is going on?" which she agreed to do. So after stepping out of the water we made our way to the girls changing room, since that is were the clothes that would fit my new body were at. Entering the changing room Hinata pointed me to the locker that Ino had used to store her clothes into. Once I had opened the locker I quickly pulled out the clothes that Ino had wore last, which consisted of a purple lace bra and pantie set, black spandex shorts, a purple skirt and button-up crop top, and lastly a set of two fishnet arm guards and knee guards.
After pulling out the clothes, I had begun to dry my new body off with the towel that I was wearing. Which let me tell you was a whole different experience, since I had not only felt different sensations than what I was used to, I also felt different body parts that I did not have before. Once done drying my body and hair which Hinata had helped me put up in a ponytail, I had began to get dressed. First I slipped on the purple lace panties which now clung to my smooth and flat groin area, then I put on the black spandex shorts as well as the knee guards.
Up next was the purple lace bra, which caused me to look down and see Ino's bare chest for the first time. Which not going to lie was an experience as I saw two large round globes of flesh, topped with two pink colored nipples hanging from my chest which almost caused me to get a nosebleed. Though remembering what we had to do I quickly looked at the bra and realized that I did not know how to put the undergarment on. So I had called over to Hinata who had finished dressing and asked her if she could help put on the bra, which she did. After the bra was put on me and hooked I picked up the skirt and put it on
Then I had reached for the button-up crop top that Ino wore and put that on as well, and lastly I finished the outfit with the arm guards. Once done dressing both Hinata and I had exited the hot springs business, only to see chaos in the streets of Konoha.
