She threw every thing of the table. Plates crashed onto the floor, food and drinks now lay on the wooden floorboards. Hinata was panting from the rage, not having been able to suppress the anger she had bottled up for years. And with a quite whisper she let her father know.
"I have given you every thing…done what you have asked of me all these years…but I cant-…no I wont let you keep ruling my life!" She had yelled the last part out and her father and Neji's silence magnified her words.
"I married who you! Asked me too, let me rephrase that I married who you ordered me too. But I would rather be disowned and disinherited than let you tell me how to live with my spouse!"she was glaring defiantly at her father who just stared back with an in dignified look.
She started to storm off, turned around and addressed Neji, "Don't stay up I wont be back tonight."
She probably wouldn't return till late in to the morning. Both men knew whom she was going to. Neji had known since the beginning, and her father suspected it for some months. Naruto, she was going to be with the one man she had always loved and would not give up. Not when she was married, not when Neji found out and she definitely was not going to know that her father had confronted her.
The only sound heard was the click of Hinata's heals as she left the mansions dining room. Both Hyuga men were left in silence as they watched the retreating figure of Hinata. Hiashi couldn't help but smirk as he watched his daughter walk out. She was so much like her mother, not just in her soft eyes, long dark blue hair, or even figure but also in her quite and strong spirit.
"You better find your self a mistress Neji, since it is highly unlikely that Hinata is going to give up her lover any time soon."
