Undeniable Love

"On that rock out in the middle of the lake I kissed her. I can't believe I did it, I actually kissed her." Coud said quietly to himself befor drifting into a comfortable sleep.

There was a soft breeze blowing up against the tent swaying it slightly but it wasn't enough that she shouldn't be able to sleep. If anything the gentle breeze should have been soothing. So why couldn't she sleep? 'Coud' she thought. 'I want to be with him, I want to be in his arms warm and safe.' Ren thought. She slowly got up and walked out side feeling the cooling wind on her face it felt nice and help sort out her troubled mind. 'I will go to him.' And with that last thought she walked over to the RV. Tapping on the window softly, Ren waited.

A soft tapping woke him. 'What was that?' Coud thought as he sat up in his bed. As he gazed out his window he saw it, a pale hand reached up and tapped on his window. 'Ren' he thought as he walked over to the door.

"Ren what's ron…" was all he got out before he was embraced in a tight hug.

"Let be stay with you Coud I don't want to be alone anymore."

"Wha what?" Coud stuttered out as he blushed a nice fire engine red.

"I cant sleep alone please let me be with you!" Ren said her eyes were starting to water. All she wanted to do was be close to him, heck she needed to be close to him, if he denied her know she wouldn't know what to do. She needed his closeness his touch the feel of him next to her. He was her guardian he loved her she knew it. That other girl could just burn for all she cared, Coud loved her and that is what mattered.

"Ok come on." He said as he stepped down to help her up the large step that the RV had. He knew she wanted to be close to him and that she felt safe with him. He would not do anything to compromise that. Though he wasn't to worried about anything happening tonight he also just enjoyed her closeness and her gentle touches, he loved her so much and this was what he had wanted. Just be close and to be able to hold her and give her comfort in knowing that he wasn't going anywhere, he would fallow her to the end of the earth if that was what she wanted. The best thing was that she knew he would and that he knew she knew, it is hard to describe but he knew that whatever she did, where ever she went he would follow. 'I love her so much' Coud thought as he crawled into his bed next to her being careful not to touch her or get to close.

"Coud?" Ren made it a question.

"Yes Ren" Coud said nerves that he had don something wrong.

"Please hold me." Ren said very quietly he had almost didn't here it

Tentatively Coud rolled over and slowly lower his arm around her waist, still not sure if he was overstepping his boundaries. The second he touched her his fears were vanquished. She gripped his hand and snuggled as close as she could get to him.

Basking in his warmth Ren knew that at that moment she was truly happy and never wanted to be away from the man at her back for any reason she would always stay with him no matter what.

Right before Coud drifted to sleep he heard her "I love you Coud" it was so quite that he thought he was dreaming, but he knew he would here it again he was never going to leave her.
