Some say dreams always come true. Some say that they never do. Some say you have to work for it. Some say sit back and it will come to you. They say never give up. Then they say be realistic. Who should I listen to? Who should I ever believe? Who's right?

Bellhaven Middle School, the place where my life started and ended almost literally. But let's go over the basics I am Haydrian Naysmith I'm 13 and in 8th grade I have two brothers one of them Kyle is 10 and the other one Garrett is 15. I seem like a completely normal girl with a completely normal story but that's not me. I'm a dancer. I'm a runner. I'm a singer. I'm an actress. But most importantly I'm a dreamer. That's where my story begins.

It was the summer before I had started 8th grade I was moving from Seattle, Washington to Long Island, New York. Its middle school so everybody is already worried about what other people think of them to make things worse for me it was the third year of middle school and I have never even been to New York. You see this is even worse because I've been home schooled my entire life so I had never even been to a school before.

"Haydrian… Haydrian… Come on wake up it is our first day of school I made us breakfast!" said my older brother Garrett. "I'm up I'll be there in a minute Garrett!" I said. "Okay but be quick you don't want to be late now do you." He said. "Yeah okay I'll be quick" I said.

"Hey Kyle, hey Garrett." I said. "Hey Hadrian ready for our first day of school." said Garrett. All I know is that I can't wait to see my new friend Jimmy at school." Said my younger brother Kyle. "How did you make new friends already Kyle we just moved here two weeks ago." I said. "I don't know I met him at the park down the block." Kyle said. "Oh. Ok, cool." I said.

"Hey kiddo good morning." Said my dad. "Hey dad" I said.
