Tristen: Umm. Brave, stubborn, and probably a leader. He was definitely a leader. *nodding*
Interrogator: He had some romance with the oracle. Does that effect what you think about him?
Tristen: No. This was before my mom decided to date my dad.
Interrogator: How do you feel about your dad being an aspect of two great prophecies?
Tristen: I think that the Fates are cruel.
Interrogator: Why do you think that?
Tristen: My father told me once that he met Calypso. She told him that the Fates would bring a hero that she would fall on love with but could never stay.
