Snow Fall
I'm crying. I'm scared, tired, and alone. I am in the middle of a clearing in the woods, it is winter, it is cold and it is snowing greatly. There was blood everywhere, around me and on me. There was blood on my hands, blood on my face, and blood down the front of my chest. It was not my blood that had been shed, that I knew, it was someone elses and I had no clue who's it was. The worst part is how I had gotten to the clearing, I really didn't know how, I didn't even know who I was.
Just background information things like; how I was around the early age of six, and that I was a girl with long chocolate brown hair. My eyes I wish I could see them but I could not. My name I knew that. My name was Yuki. Yuki, if I remember correctly, means snow, but thats not all I really wanted to know.
What I wanted to know was who had named me? Where they still alive? Where was I from? Who was my family? Did I have a sister? Or a Brother? Or both? I was still crying, in the middle of nowhere, I could not seem to stop the tears from falling, while snow fell down around me and on my body. I felt that I had lost something of great importance but I knew not of what it was or what it could be.
I heard a soft crunch of the snow behind me. I turned around slowly and carefully to see what it was that was there. It was tall man in a trench coat standing there looking down so that his hat hid his eyes between the brim of the hat and the top of his scarf. He lifted his head and I saw his bright red eyes, there showed only a deep evil in them. When he flashed a grin I saw pearly white fangs glisten like snow, where the canines were suppose to be resting.
I don't know if he spoke a word, but I knew I could not scream, even if I had tried I could not. My mouth would not even open, it was a strange feeling like it was latched closed. In a flash he was in front of me he grabbed me head and went for my next. My eyes wet wide and I knew it was the end for me.
But then someone else happened to appeared. It was a boy a few years older than me in age. The tall man was suddenly retched away from me. The boy had hit the man in his face with his had that was shaped in to a talon like pierce. The man's scarf flew up in the air splattered with it's dead owners blood.
The next minute the man fell and hit the ground. As his body hit the snow it turned to a brown sandy dust. I looked back at the boy, not trusting my self to speak. His face was splattered with blood from the other man, and then he slowly lifted his hand that had pieced the man that just turned to dust and licked the blood from one finger.
I looked up, up into the young boy's eyes. His eyes were as blood red as the mans. I serge of fear and sadness washed over me my small body. Even though he still had his back to me while he looked over one of his shoulder to pear at me, I knew he was too fast for me to run from. If I ran away he would surely catch up to me. He had gotten the man before and I had not even seen him enter the clearing.
Then the red glow of his eyes faded and I saw a lovely dark brown, and I felt, no, I knew I could trust him. For some reason I felt, no, I knew he would keep me safe and out of harms way. For some reason I knew he was not evil and would be able to help men. I knew that I didn't have a past that I could remember, and might not ever know, even with the boy's help, but now I, knew that I had a futre. I had a future with him, where ever he may take me. That I could look forward to. So when he held out his hand I took it and felt safer then I could have imagined.
This is a story I wrote so very long ago so I hope I got the details right!
