The robotic man sighed, his fingers clinking against the kitchen counter of Planet Express. His glossy eyes trailed over to the beer next to him; he stared at it. It just sat there, completely still. The tinted liquid inside didn't even move. Growling, Bender knocked it over, making it fall to the ground, cracking into millions of small, amber tinted pieces of glass as the liquid spilled on the floor around it.

"Damn it!" Bender yelled, crossing his arms as his eyes narrowed.

He tapped his silver foot cup against the ground, muttering to himself. He failed to notice Leela, who was on the couch, alone.

"What is wrong with you?" she asked, sounding concerned.

It wasn't the first time. Leela had always liked Bender's "in-your-face" attitude and usually showed it by showing pity or concern for him.

"Nothing you'd understand, meat bag." Bender muttered.

The female mutant stood, hands on her hips, as she said, "Look, you're obviously upset. Why not just spit it out and get it over with?"

"I hate you." Bender said quickly, gaining another beer from his chest cavity.

Leela rolled her eye, sighing. "C'mon, Bender…"

"No." he replied, gulping down his booze.

"I'll shut you off if you don't."

Bender shot his head over to her, his eyes wide as he yelled, "You wouldn't dare!"

However, Leela was already behind him, her eye narrowed.

"Ah, crap." Bender muttered, his bottle of booze lowering.

Leela gave a small smirk, her arms folding. Finally, figuring he had no choice, Bender growled, "Fine! It's Fry! Ya happy now?"

Confused, Leela blinked. "Fry?"

"Yeah! Ever since he been dating Lucille, he been forgetting about me, Bender, his best bud!"

Leela stared at Bender, who was muttering angrily to himself. She unfolded her arms, a smile forming on her face as her hands clasped together, saying, "Aw! That's so cute! You're jealous," in a mock sweet voice.

Bender replied with something that rhymed with "vacuum".

Leela rolled her eye, again. "C'mon, Bender. We all know you can be a bit emotional. It's normal for you to be jealous about something like this."

Bender was about to reply with some snapper comeback when all and behold Fry stepped in. Bender glanced at him, hatred, if possible, in his robotic glossy eyes. He failed to notice Leela's satisfied smirk.

"Where the hell have you been?" Bender asked, pointing at Fry with his bottle of beer.

Before the orange haired man could explain, Bender went on, his angry tone never wavering, "No, wait, let me guess. With Lucille? Hugging and kissing and doing other meat bag stuff!"

This time, Bender noticed Leela's eye roll, but chose to ignore it for once.

Blinking, Fry put his hands in his pockets, saying, "Actually I dumped Lucille."

"Yeah! That's what I-wait, what?"

Leela gave a small giggle. In return, Bender threw his booze bottle at her, barely missing her as Leela glared.

"I dumped her. Too classy." He stated in a tone that showed he didn't really care.

"Really? Woohoo! Bender rules!" Bender shouted happily, his arms raised in the air before Leela kicked him.

"What was that about?" Fry asked, blinking at Bender, who was currently cussing at Leela.

"Nothing." Leela said simply.
