Double Trouble (Part 1)- Two mysterious robots sprung Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy out of Arkham Asylum and the two villainesses are persuaded to work for an unknown, coin-flipping, villain.
Double Trouble (Part 2)- Leaving off after the last episode, it was revealed that the mysterious boss was Harvey Dent, the former distract attorney of Gotham City and a former good friend of Bruce Wayne. After being scarred on half his face a long time ago, he became the super-villain known as Two-Face. Batman must decide whether Harvey is still a friend or an enemy, before Gotham is torn in two!
Afterburner- Firefly has been cured of the radioactive phosphorus and returns to his suit. But a scientist, Dr. Alex Sartorius, gets exposed by the same radiation and becomes the new Doctor Phosphorus.
Lost in Wonderland- A strange new super-villain, the Mad Hatter, hypnotizes the citizens of Gotham by forcing them to wear funny hats. The Batman must stop him before he turns Gotham City into his own wonderland.
Ancient Times Calls for Ancient Measures- While the Batman is caught in a war between Maxie Zeus and King Tut, he's caught up in another battle with Gotham P.D.'s newest detective, Harvey Bullock.
Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid- Dr. Jonathan Crane, a psychiatrist of Arkham, breaks out all of the super-villains to help him rule Gotham as the Scarecrow. He captures the tremendous trio in hallucinations of their own fears.
Battle of the Brains- The Batman gets set up in a game against the smartest criminals of Gotham, to see which one of them is the smartest of all super-villains.
A Demon Reveals his Ugly Head (Part 1)- Bruce Wayne goes on a date with a woman named Talia al Ghul. When she finds out he was the Batman, he finds out her father is the infamous Ra's al Ghul.
A Demon Reveals his Ugly Head (Part 2)- Ra's al Ghulplans on destroying Gotham with an explosive device in a Lazarus Pit under the city.
Tremendous or Terrible?- The Terrible Trio returns teaming up into a group of nine. Three of them are mask wearing versions of the Terrible Trio, and the other three are expert criminals named: The Great White Shark, Hush, and Prometheus. It is up to the tremendous trio to stop all of them.
Warming up a Frozen Heart- Mr. Freeze finds his long lost wife, Nora Fries, frozen alive in a freezing chamber. So he tries everything he can to restore her, refusing Batman's help.
Clowning Around the Clock- Joker teams up new villain, Clock King,and created the time machine to go back to the past to make Joker's life better. The Bat Team follows them through time to stop them from tainting up time.
The Biggest Mistake in History- Leaving off from the previous episode, Batman foolishly travels back in time to prevent the murder of his parent. Robin and Batgirl has to stop him before it's too late.
