I can't explain why... or how.
I'm in love... it's as simple as that... yet complicated.
It all started when I was younger. My mom used to take me to the training grounds, but this time I went by myself. There was someone else there. He looked a little older than me. "Hi."
He looked at me. "Hello."
"I'm Kiara."
"My name is Lee."
I smiled. "Can I train with you?"
"Sure but I am not very good yet." He laughed.
"Neither am I." We laughed together.
Then, quite a while later, during the Chunin exams, I felt jealous of Tenten. Lee was cheering for her, and I was getting ticked off. I didn't think Lee was annoying. I just wished for him to shut up. But when it was my turn to fight... nothing. My wish had come true. I had to fight my best friend, Kazuki. When I passed Naruto to get to the stairs, he said "Gosh, I'm sorry that you have to fight your love." He laughed.
I normally would have punched his face in, but instead I looked in his eyes and replied "Do you think I even care about what you think?" I started to walk away, then looked over my shoulder. "You're not even worth my time."
When I got to the arena, Kazuki was already standing there. "If you are ready..." Hayate started. I took off my shoes. "Begin." Kazuki ran at me. I jumped.
"Huh? Where did she go?"
"Up here, tough guy!" I yelled. From the ceiling.
He growled, and tried to jump at me. I jumped back down, kicking him in the face. He tried to attack me, but missed each time. He almost got me, but I jumped over him and kicked him in the back. Apparently really hard. The match ended right there. "Winner, Kiara Izuna." When I got to the balcony, Lee congratulated me.
"Kiara?" He sounded nervous.
"Yeah, Lee?"
"...That...that was impressive."
"Thank you, Lee!"
When it was Lee's turn to fight...that's when I figured out I loved him. He was so strong. He should have won.
When everyone fought, Hayate announced that there was an uneven amount of people, so he let me choose, out of the losers, who I wanted to fight. I'll bet you guessed who I picked. Not Tenten, but Sakura.
End, for now.
