Author's Note: This is my very first fanfic of World of Warcraft. I had have many ideas since I knew about the game. As the game now centers more now in Azeroth, I thing it is sad that Outland was left alone. And I love Outland, it was the very first expansion the game had have and that is why I will center this fanfic in Outland, the events of the Wrath of the Lich King will be taking place at the same time as the events of this fic. This fic will focus in the people that has stayed in Outland and the dangers that they had face before and the new ones to come. As a Horde player I will focus more in the Horde, but I will give tha Allience its part aswell. This is just the prologue so any suggestion and review will be welcome, though I already have a main story in mind. Anyway, read and enjoy
After the death of the Lord of Outland, Illidan Stormrage, even though Outland remains in conflict, many places have been secure. The orcs sacred land, Nagrand, is one of those places, as the naaru city of Shattrath in Terokkar Forest. Hellfire Peninsula continues a chaotic land and so does Shadowmoon Valley where it is said that a new Lord of Outland is getting ready to conquer it all.
In the Blade's Edge Mountains a rumor is spreading, Gruul the Dragonkiller has survived and now he will destroy everything as punishment to those who dared attack him, the fact that the ogres had become more aggressive in their attacks and gronns appearing all along Outland may declared this rumor true.
In Zangarmash, the naga are still a treat that seeks vengeance for the death of their leader, Lady Vashj. The Ango'rosh ogre tribe had become fiercer than ever. The Cenarion Expedition is making a lot of effort to deal with both forces, the Sporelings help as they can and are willing to reward anyone who helps them as the small forces of the Alliance and Horde do.
No news had come from Netherstorm. What is happening there is a mystery to all Outland, as closer dangers approach the people in Outland.
The mighty leaders of the Alliance and Horde are fighting war against the Lich King; their attention to Outland has lessened as Northrend is now the land where major events are taking place. The Mag'har, the uncorrupted orcs of Nagrand will face these new treats with the help of few Horde members that had stayed in Outland. The Aldor and the Scryers are also struggling to keep the peace and fighting Burning Legion agents.
Heroes will rise in Outland; a new Burning Crusade has begun.
