Story Time with Princess Tobi.
The night sky never looked so gorgeous to the blonde. His blue eyes scanned the stars, smiling up at the moon. The night was cool and quiet, like so many nights before this one. Deidara sat underneath the oak tree near the 'secret' headquarters, smiling up at the sky.
His partner in crime was sound asleep, tucked in his warm cozy bed, unaware of his partner's absence. Deidara frowned, considering crawling back into bed, to lay next to the raven-haired man and snuggle into his warm chest, get scooped up in that loving embrace…..
Deidara's blue eyes shifted towards the entrance, in consideration… When won't the stars be there? He quickly stood up, dusted off his cloak, and waked towards the 'secret' entrance, smiling at the thought of his nighttime cuddling with Tobi.
When he opened the door to the shared room, he was thrown off his guard. Instead of the mask less, shirtless and peacefully sleeping Tobi, cutely cuddled with a pillow. He saw a evil looking Tobi, just standing there…..staring at him…..
"I've been expecting you." Tobi said, his voice smooth and deep. Deidara's eyes were wide as he hesitantly closed the door, glancing around for any drugs or intruding nin. Anything to explain Tobi's behavior. "Listen, and listen closely, I'm only gonna say this once," Tobi's voice was cold and full of evil intent making chills run down Deidara's spine. " I…..I want you to…..." Tobi cocked his head to the side and smiled adorably, "read me this bedtime story."
"Wait.." Deidara blinked a couple times…."Whaaaaaaaaaat?"
Tobi got down on his knees giving his best puppy dog face that not even Hidan could resist. "Oh Deideiiii-kunnnnnnnnnnnn~ PLEASE!" His voice got high and squeaky.
"Okay okay jeez, I'll read it, un." Tobi glomped Deidara, shoved the book in his face, and ran towards the bathroom screaming at him that he was going to get ready. Deidara rolled his eyes, regretting not staying outside, and sat down on the bed. 'Princess Pea.' You have got to be kidding me…..
"IM READY DEIDEI~KUNNNNN!" Tobi ran and sat in front of Deidara cross-legged. He was wearing a pink princess costume that looked like it was made for a 4 year old, but somehow he made it fit. His sparkling tiara matched his magical wand, bejeweled and silver. His purple and pink fairy wings were sagging to the left side and one wing was crumpled, looking like Tobi ran into a wall while wearing it. His face was lit up in childish excitement, ready for story time.
Deidara smiled and realized, it were moments like these that just made him love the goof even more. Him and his princess dress included….wait…. Was that sparkles on his face? Yeah that was sparkles…. -_- Hidan's gonna be pissed that Tobi took his sparkles.
