Fallen, then we Rise

How long had he been trapped, in that place between the between.
Really, that's the best be could describe it.
He didn't know how he had ended there.
It was nothing yet everything, it was as if he was in hell and he wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't.
Then...
He wasn't there anymore, not trapped.. confined in that place.
It was so relieving to just breath, even if the time there had damaged his memory and wings.
Hopefully, he would soon remember his actual name soon.
The... earth was strange, humans were everywhere now.
Yet.. he had the feeling he was suppose to hate them, but his fractured memories had removed the reasons why and the emotions to it.
He disguised himself as a human and explored the world, amused at the many gods and spirits who pretended to be much older then they were. He didn't know why he knew they were younger then he, just something of his fractured self just... knew.
Then years later he met her, a Goddess of Light known as Palutena.
He saved her, and she gave him a name.
Pit, simple and he liked it.
He served her, loved her for she healed his fractured self as best he could.
Then...
Dark Saved his life, death stolen and wings healed.
Blue eyes opened, and he knew.
He was Pit, but he was also someone so much older then the Gods of this time.
Not that he was ever going to say anything, he rather liked being Pit then who he was before his punishment.
He was Pit.
But once, he had been known as Lucifer.
