The Simple Truth: Lydia and Mel
"Stop looking at him!" Lydia snapped, and, grabbing the nape of the other girl's neck with pale hands she turned piercing blue eyes towards her own searching paridot.
For a moment Mel simply stared back before the usually condescending smirk finally melted away, leaving in its place the confused expression of a lost child.
It was not long after that she finally let her slighter form be pulled flush to the other's more voluptuous frame and it was in a rare moment of weakness that she let herself be held as she quivered in Lydia's grip.
"Stop looking at him," The phrase was breathed over and over again into thick raven locks as they intermingled with soft green until she finally gasped into a small tan ear, "Look only at me."
Shocked oceanic eyes snapped up from the creamy neck they were blinking tears into, not quite able to believe she had heard her correctly after all the chasing they had both done after Edward.
