well this is my first fan fic. i caint wait to see what you think so review. but i want to thank. alura nightmare for making me feel as though i could write anything. anyways hope you enjoy the story.

Chapter one: The plan.

I walked down the path towards the slight shimmer in the air. I walked until I was standing right in front of the shimmer. I noticed that the shimmer was about 1cm of the ground. The shimmer solidified and became a beautiful elf. She looked up at me and smiled. I smiled down t her and said "hello, holly I am so happy to see you again. How are you?"

"Hello, arty I'm good. I am happy to see you as well I have missed you. But how are you? You don't look so well."

I looked down at her pixie face and remembered all of the adventures we have had together. And now we are going to have a new one. Even better that the last.

"I'm good" I replied. "I have just been staying up late working on the plan for my next adventure."

"Oh, boy." holly sighs. "Let me guess you need my help or the peoples help?"

"Yes as a matter of fact I do need YOUR help. My plan is to find out what happened to the dragons"

"Dragons" holly says worriedly. "There are no dragons there extinct" she looks around sacredly. And then looks at me with her mist matched eyes.

"Ahhh but that is what you think. I have reason to believe that there are four still alive but in hibernation"

I give her a triumphant smile. Secretly hoping she is proud of me and my research.

But she just looked at me. With sadness in her eyes so deep that I wanted to take her in to my arms so bad. But I held back I just couldn't let her know how I truly felt for her. I decided to break the awkward silence. So I said "why don't you tell me all you know about the dragons so we can have an idea on what to do when we find them." She gave me this look that had so much sorrow in it that my heart broke. The she just said "if you knew the truth you would surely hat me for the rest of your life." Then she turned around. And jumped into the sky. Turned her wings on and flew off. I watched her retreating figure and wondered what was wrong with. I thought she would have loved an excuse to spend time with me. But maybe she doesn't like me the same way I do her. I sighed sadly and walked back to my car. As I was driving home I saw a shimmer and knew that holly was following me to make sure that I got home safe. I smiled to myself and thought. Maybe she dose like me the same way I like her after all.
