The cast will be aplit into three: The MPC Itself, their mysterious group of funders known as the Council, and the Villains!

THE MPC
Lucario, the often Only Sane Man and defacto leader. He's very stressed and overworked due to the reasons.
Little Mac, a sociopath who only cares about boxing. He would have easily joined the Villains if the MPC didn't have such a great snack selection and boxing ring.
Bowser, a dim-witted goober who serves as the team's muscle when Little Mac isn't enough.
Pichu, a Mad scientist/hacker.
Larry Koopa, an eccentric sports fan.
Duck Hunt Duck, a lazy buffoon.. on the surface. She's actually the most powerful member of the team and could destroy entire planets if she wished, but a traumatic past event prevents her from doing so...
Knuckles the Enchidna, An Uber intelligent German war veteran. Constantly gets mistaken for a Nazi and punched in the face for that latter fact.
Splash Woman, a singer with Narcolepsy.
Scooby Doo and Shaggy Rogers, a duo of cowardly Big Eaters.
The Council
Cream the Rabbit, a young girl who was experimented on to become the perfect soldier.
Donald Duck, a constantly cursing Jerk with a Heart of Gold.
Minnie Mouse, a kindhearted bow-maker.
Krillin, a Brave but insecure nice guy everyone likes.
Abridged Krillin, a cowardly buffoon everyone hates.
VILLAINS
Emperor Pilaf, an incompetent wannabe who desperately wants to be taken seriously.
Flowey the Flower, a being incapable of positive emotions who consistently puts Pilaf down despite being his top minion.
Cala Maria, Splash Woman's ex-lover and a goofy and dim-witted minion of Pilaf's. Still pines for Splash Woman.
Waluigi, a weird, selfish jerk who works for Pilaf due to desperately wanting affection, which the other minions (except Flowey) give.
Darth Talon, a conniving and cruel monster, and Pilaf's personal Starscream. Unfortunately, she has a split personality, and her good, cheerful side always stops her schemes to take over Pilaf's gang.
Dalek Caan, an insane, laugh-loving troll. Known to constantly withhold info or twist the truth from Pilaf for his own amusement.
SC4V-TP, an idiotic door-opener. If kept around solely for his ability to open any door.
