"Utau, I'm bored," Kukai said rather bluntly.

Utau shot him a glare from her seat, which was right next to his. She let out a sigh.

"Of course you are, Kukai. We're in Biology. Do you expect it to be super fun?" she asked.

Kukai then put his head on his desk. The two were in the back of the room, so the teacher would most likely not see Kukai and Utau talking during his lecture. They were both bored out of their minds. Kukai then took out a pen and turned to Utau.

"Give me your hand," he commanded.

"Why?" Utau asked, confused.

"I'm going to zap you."

"Really, Kukai, you can't go around hurting people like that," Utau replied.

"No. I mean zap as in the game. I write zap on your hand, and on the back, I write something you have to say every time someone calls your name," Kukai explained.

"Well then it's still a 'no'. What if you make me say something disgusting and stupid?" she shot back.

Kukai gave her an innocent look. She knew she couldn't say 'no' to that face. She groaned and handed him her hand. He began writing. Utau wasn't very used to the feeling of someone writing on her hand, so she flinched a bit from how ticklish it felt. Not that much, but still.

Kukai was done and she took her hand back. She curiously looked at the her hand to see what it said. In blue ink, it read 'Yes'. A puzzled expression came upon her face. She was about to turn to Kukai to ask him why he wrote yes, but suddenly the teacher called on her.

"Hoshina, can you suggest why trimming the roots can cause dwarfing?" the teacher asked.

Utau did not know the answer. Usually she'd answer 'no' or 'pass', but the teacher had said her name. She groaned and turned to Kukai. He just grinned. If she said 'no', Kukai would probably do something to annoy her as payback.

"...yes," she answered reluctantly.

"All right, tell us why trimming the roots can cause dwarfing and what is the scientific terminology for dwarf plant?" he asked.

Utau sighed and tried to find the answer in her head. She sneaked a few quick looks at the papers on her desk for answer. There was a vocab sheet and the unopened textbook. Great.

"I'm guessing dwarf plants are simply plants that have not reached their maximum length capacity. The reason why trimming roots cause so is because the..." Utau tried to think of what else to say.

It was then the bell rang. Everyone in class stood up form their seats. The teacher signaled them to sit down and let Utau finish before leaving, but as soon as he looked up, Utau had already bolted out of the room.

She panted as she was a good distance away from the room. Her heart skipped a beat, once she looked up, seeing Kukai in front of her.

"Panting already? You and I need to do more runs together," he said.

Utau lightly hit him, "Why'd you have to write 'yes' on my hand?!"

Kukai just smiled, "Because I wanted to make sure you said 'yes' to a question from me!"

Utau sighed. That was his motive? Unbelievable.

"All right. Ask away!" she said.

"Utau, will you go out with me?"

Utau's eyes widened. The teen was rendered speechless. Kukai kept his grin and pointed to her hand. She looked at it and blushed slightly. She crossed her arms, turning away. She didn't want him to know she had actually been wanting this moment to happen for a while.

"Yes," she mumbled.

A/N: Random Kutau fic. Got the idea after seeing some kids at my school playing this game. It was pretty funny. Someone wrote on Rachel's hand, making her say "You're pretty" to whoever called her name out. Aravind kept making her say that to him. Kart, who loves to make fun of Aravind, said, "Wow, you actually have to force girls to give compliments to you."

Not back from my break. Just wanted to write this one-shot.
