Keiko sat hunched over at her desk, hard at work and focused on the task at hand. Keiko had been concentrating on her homework for over three hours, completeing various assignments from various classes. It was just now, however, as she began to lose interest that the ticking to the clock was heard.

Keiko looked up towards the clock, gasping as she just now realized how late it is. Keiko shook her head, knowing it was just like herself to be so caught up in school work that she forgets to check the time.

Gathering up her school work, Keiko sorted the papers into neat piles on her desk before gathering them all togather and placing them in the corner of her desk in one neat pile over a purple folder. Once this was done, Keiko leaned back, stretching. Keiko caught a flash of white in the corner of her eye and sat up, looking at the paper. Smiling, Keiko picked it up.

You'll Always Be With

Me,

In My Mind And My Memories

~Hiei

Keiko smiled wider and leaned back, herms stretching over her head.

"Hey, Hiei, remember this?"

Keiko waved the note abover her head and listened as a small growl left the small lump laying on her bed. Keiko laughed as she placed the note back on her desk and got up, making way to her bed.

"I will never understand you, Hiei," Keiko said as she reached over for a pillow and placed it on the floor next to her bed. Grabbing the blanket that Hiei had so kindly discarded on the floor, Keiko crawled over to her pillow and flopped down, pulling the blanket over her.

"Good night, Hiei."

"Hn."

Keiko cuddled into her pillow and closed her eyes, fully aware of the red ones watching her. A small smile drifted onto her face as she slept, loving every moment she spent with her friend, even if it was in sleep.
