Zexion
Demyx is mine. He always was and always will be. The blond haired boy would always play his sitar in the library while I read. We'd be together though, always. It was something no one can question or deny because in the end he's mine and I'm his. He would smile at me and I'd glance over at him.
Our eyes would meet and time would stand still… wishing for something to happen. I guess we both always waited for that something. Before I left for Castle Oblivion, I turned to him. "I would like to discuss something with you when I return." I said blankly. He had blinked at me.
"What if you don't come back?" He asked me softly. I could tell he was scared but I just smirked at him and ruffled his hair.
"I'll be back." I had promised and left. I'm sorry Demyx… but I lied. I won't be coming back. I had gotten myself caught up in something I shouldn't have and now I'm going. I didn't want to ever lie to you but it's too late now. I fought the best I could though and it took two people to kill me.
I'm not leaving. I'm going to see those confused eyes once more, that simple blush, and hear your songs. I will see his confident voice or cute pout when I made a cruel remark. I will see that beautiful smile one more time…
I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I never apologize but now… I have to. Things shouldn't be this hard. Your music made me so happy when I listened to it. Now I won't get to hear it anymore and the library will no longer be our place.
I hope you know all I've done. It should have always been the two of us…
Just you and me.
Demyx
Zexion is mine. He always was and always will be. The slate haired man would always read in the library and I'd always play my sitar. We'd be together though, always. It was something that could never be questioned or denied because he was mine and I was his. I would smile at him and he'd glance over at me with slightly parted lips.
Our eyes would meet and time would wait for us… waiting for something. Before he left for Castle Oblivion Zexion turned to me. "I would like to discuss something with you when I return." He had said simply. I had blinked in surprise.
"What if you don't come back?" I asked him softly. The man had smirked at me and ruffled my hair.
"I'll be back." He had promised then left.
He's not gone. I'm going to see those calculating eyes, pursed lips, and pale skin once again. I will see his eyes widen when I tell him something odd or darken when I make fun of his reading. I have to see that smirk of his one more time…
He promised.
Zexion told me he'd be back. Nothing will stop me from believing he'll be back. When I saw Sora clutching his keyblade glaring at me, I saw him. A flash of the man I fell in love with was on his face. This made me hesitate. In return Sora killed me.
My eyes widened as I looked up at the sky. I wonder if there's a heaven for a place like us. Zexion, you and me baby… till the end. I love you enough to do just that. And I'm sorry. I'm so sorry I'm dying. I got to play you one last song though…
I hope you got to hear it. I'll always believe that you and I were meant to be…
Just you and me.
