A long journey ahead
Started in long days past
A wandering samurai
He has wandered
For so long as time
Has reigned
For he might as well
Be Time himself
Chronos
Battle had passed him
On many occasions
In countless dimensions
With only his sword
Forged by such god-like power
By time
By the gates that never open
By the mists that never fade
He still walks the earth
Trapped in the future
Never to come again
To the past
To his true home
A once beautiful kingdom
Now a wasteland
He still walks
With no beginning
And no end
The future is of no consequence
To one who wanders the earth
Only an albatross
A wearisome burden
Only time will tell
When he will return
