No one knew Katie could sing as she did. Travis didn't know until he saw her singing to a little bundle of blankets in the strawberry fields. He had been a little upset when he learned Katie had a baby and it wasn't even his. Coming back after a year and learning your fiancée had a 2 week old baby isn't something anyone would take as good news.

Katie was sexually assaulted by a random guy in an alley when she visiting her dad. She got pregnant and had a healthy baby girl she named Gemma. Travis listened as she sang gently to the baby.

"Your hand fits in mine like it's made just for me but bear this in mind it was meant to be. And I'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks and it all makes sense to me."

Although he didn't recognize the song it was beautiful and he hid behind a tree so she wouldn't stop singing to Gemma. Travis had just gotten back and wanted to go say hi to the love of his life but no one would ruin this moment for him.

"I'm in love with you and all these little things. You'll never love yourself half as much as I love you. You'll never treat yourself right darling but I want you to. If I let you know I'm here for you, maybe you'll love yourself like I. Love. You"

"Katie." I called as quietly as I could. Gemma had fallen asleep and I didn't want to wake her. She looked away from the little version of Katie and her eyes wandered a moment before resting on me. A small smile tugged the corner of her lips as she slowly stood and walked over to me, Gemma still nestled in her arms.

"Travis, let me explain." She began. I just smiled and hugged her being careful of the baby. "I know what happened. I'm not upset at all. I was so worried and I just need to know you were okay." Katie's face brightened and she pressed her lips to mine quickly before rearranging Gemma.

"Well than I want you to meet someone very special to me. Travis this is Gemma. Gemma this is Travis. He's your daddy now baby." The baby opened her huge blue eyes and smiled at Travis. Katie giggled before untangling the blankets from her arms and handing the baby over to her fiancée.

"Hi there Gemma. You're so beautiful. Just like your mother." Travis glances up at Katie and smiled as she flushed a red color. "Katie?"

"Ya?"

"I love you both so much." Travis said sneaking a look up again. Katie had tears in her eyes.

"Hey," Travis said. "What's wrong?"

"I'm just so happy right now." Katie said in a low voice as she gazed at Gemma.

"Well, maybe you should sing for me than…"Travis said.

"You heard me?" Katie asked blushing hard.

Katie than only ever sang to 2 people. Travis and Gemma. Her little family.
