"Mommy!Mommy!Don't let them take me away"!Mia screamed as two assassins dragged her away into a carrige.
The little 6-year old kicked and punched at one of the assassins but her hits were like cottonballs."Let her go"!Mia's mother shrieked,tripping over her long kimono.
An assassin with a scar across his forehead,grabbed her by the collar and pulled her over to a tree stump.
"Kneel"!he snapped,pulling out his sword.
"You will join your husband and the rest of your ancestors in hell"!With her arms bound behind her,Hayami pleaded for him to let her go.
His only reply was his sword slicing off her head and the shrilling screams of Mia,watching the gorey scene of her mother's execution.
13 years later.....
Kyo sat under his large oak tree,sharpening the blade of his sword with pride.A smirk appeared on his face when remembered last night's battle against Kuroma,Incubus of the underworld.He remembered sticking his sword through her heart and the blood dripping from her eyes,then her bones crumbling into ash,then he sprinted around the cavern vanquishing the rest of the incubus,and walking out of there satisfied.
"What's this"?He muttered,a girl around 19 caught his eye,and he watched her walk into the dark forests.
"Great,another one to save from hell's little creatures".
Kyo leaped onto the tree branch and followed her into the depths of the forest,the only light that shined through the trees was the moon.He continued to leap from branch and branch until he found out he had lost her.He cursed and jumped onto the ground,sniffing for her scent.
"Nothing".
Suddenly a dark figure sprinted through the trees.Kyo lifted his sword to strike.The shadowy girl appeared in front of him,eyes glowing.He swung his sword,but she kicked it out of his hands and sent him sprawling to the ground.Kyo spat grass from his mouth and went for his sword.She kicked it farther away and her other leg aimed for his face.He grabbed her by the ankle and tripped her.She clawed at his face,leaving red marks,and punched him squarely in the jaw.
"Damnit"!He cursed.
He shook the pain away and pinned her down,she struggled with all her might to shove him off,but then she gave in.
"Get off me damn you'!She spat,her long sharp nails digging into his wrist,specks of blood dripping.
In the moonlight,he couldn't help but see how cute she looked.her face was white as snow with a tint of pink on her cheeks,and her lips were red as a rose.Her black hair was tied back into a pony tail and her ravenlike eyes narrowed with anger.Without knowing,she punched him in the stomach and shoved him off of her.She got up and pulled what looked like a bladed fan from her kimo.A smirk appeared on Kyo's face.
"Do you really think I'm gonna hurt a mortal,specifically a girl"?
She gritted her teeth and slashed him deeply with her fan,leaving a deep,nice,cut.He winced and felt around for his sword.When he finally got hold of hit,he blocked her next strike,and tripped her again.She fell flat on her back and was about to get up again,when Kyo lifted his sword.
"Now,who are you"?he demanded,kicking away her fan into total darkness.
She sighed heavily and glared up at him.
"My name is Mia,".Kyo blinked and stepped back,giving her room to stand up.
She suddenly flinched and grabbed her side.
"You're bleeding".He said,staring at a huge gash on her side.
"You think"!she snapped,then fainted.
"Goddamnit".he cursed.
