"He was lying you know?" Sam said as dean drove down the dirt road away from Lenore and Eli's cabin.
"Who was?"
"Gordon"
"About what?"
"His sister"
"So what she's not real?"
"No she's real"
"She didn't get turned into a vampire?"
"No she did"
"Then what was he lying about?"
"Killing her"
"What do you mean?"
"I met his sister. She's friends of Lenore and Eli. She's like them. She drinks animal blood not human"
"So he didn't kill her?"
"He's been trying to for the past 10 years but he's never been able to. That is actually the reason he wanted to kill Lenore so much"
"What?"
"Since he hasn't been able to kill her…his goal has been to hurt her as much as possible. He knew Lenore and Eli were her friends. Killing them would hurt her. So he wanted to. He was torturing her at first hoping she would come to the rescue but she didn't. Her and Eli were outside waiting. They'd seen us driving up the road and knew we would help her. They also knew that it was a trap. So they stayed hidden until I took Lenore out. That's what I meant when I said they all got out of town ok. Gordon looked pretty pissed"
"Wow…why would he lie about killing her?"

Ok so I was watching blood lust and I noticed how Sam put extra emphasis on ALL so I interpreted it this way.
