Disclaimer: I don't own KND, though it would be totally awesome if I did :)

It's amazing how you,

Can speak right to my heart

Without saying a word,

You can light up the dark.

Kuki was sitting on the floor playing Tea Party with her Rainbow Monkeys. She felt eyes on her, and when she looked up, she saw Wally watching her. She smiled and felt herself blush. She had always liked the blonde, hot-tempered boy. She felt… almost… reawakened when she caught him staring at her. Almost as if he likes her back.

Try as I may,

I could never explain

What I hear when you don't say a thing

Kuki was sitting in her room later that night, and heard a creak on the floor boards. It was very late at night, and she wondered who it could be. She quietly tip-toed to the door and peeked out from behind the curtain. Wally stood in the hallway, probably sneaking to the kitchen to get a snack. When he saw her, he grinned, pressed a finger to his lips and winked. Then he quietly continued down the hallway.

The smile on your face

Lets me know that you need me

There's a truth in your eyes

Saying you'll never leave me

The touch of your hand,

Says you'll catch me whenever I fall

You say it best

When you say nothing at all

She looked at him and he smiled back at her, a smile full of what looked like need. She remembered how many times he had been hurt in a fight and she had nursed him back to health. Then she remembered all the times he had been nice to her, playing with her rainbow monkeys and having tea parties, even though she knew he hated it. He got up and walked across the room, slyly brushing his hand across her arm, almost as if telling her 'I'll never let you fall.' She was so shocked, she fell of the couch.

All day long I can hear

People talking out loud

But when you hold me near,

You drown out the crowd.

The gang had decided to have a movie night. Hoagie had picked out a movie, and they all settled down to watch. Kuki sat next to Wally and rested her head on his shoulder. She felt him shyly slip his arm around her. Abby and Hoagie whispered to each other, but they could have yelled, and the two wouldn't have heard them. They were in their own little world.

Old Mister Webster could never define,

What's being said between your heart and mine.

Kuki sat in the kitchen, doing English homework. Vocabulary to be precise. But her mind couldn't help but wander. 'I bet the guy who wrote the dictionary couldn't tell what me and Wally say even when we don't talk' she sighed.

The smile on your face

Lets me know that you need me

There's a truth in your eyes

Saying you'll never leave me

The touch of you hand

Says you'll catch me whenever I fall

You say it best

When you say nothing at all

Kuki finished her homework, and packed it all away carefully into her backpack. She was about to get up when Wally walked into the kitchen. She stared into his emerald green eyes, and he smiled at her, almost lovingly. He grabbed a soda out of the refrigerator, and sat down next to Kuki at the table. Kuki smiled and went to stand up, but tripped on her backpack. Her eyes widened, and then she closed them, waiting for the impact of her body hitting the floor. But it didn't come. She felt arms wrap around her and pull her back up. Wally helped her stand up and whispered in her ear "That was to repay for last time." She blushed and left the room. She heard him laughing as she exited the kitchen

The smile on you face

Lets me know that you need me

There's a truth in you eyes

Saying you'll never leave me

The touch of your hand

Says you'll catch me whenever I fall

You say it best

When you say nothing at all

Hope you Enjoyed!!
