Circuits and Skin
Hello, all you people crazy (or curious) enough to read this!
Basically, this is a set of drabbles based upon my original (and somewhat insane) pairing, Human/Cyborg!EddyXBree. Unfortunately my interest in Lab Rats goes on and off, so most of the time I'll just be doing drabbles and oneshots, since I don't see any reason to create a story for a fandom which I could very well lose interest in within a week.
Besides, my favorite pairing for this show is this one. And until I get some details worked out, I can't make it into a full-length fic anyway.
However small drabbles and the occasional oneshot aren't such a huge deal for me, since not much would need to be explained...
Anyway, if the title of the drabble has nothing other than the title, then it's canon-universe with cyborg Eddy. If it says 'AU' then it's Alternate universe with cyborg Eddy. If it says 'Humanized' then it's obviously an AU with human Eddy.
Also, there are around five, ten, or fifteen drabbles per chapter. Each one is based on a word or phrase.
I don't own Lab Rats.
1. First Glance
When Eddy was powered up for the first time in his new portable unit, aka his cyborg body, he got his first glance of Bree's face much closer than ever before.
2. Confessions
"Hi Eddy!" Bree called, making the cyborg jump. Bree came into his line of vision, beaming.
"You wanted to talk to me?" she asked, tilting her head slightly. Eddy looked at his hands, calculating in his mind the best way to say this, without her calling Adam in here to beat him into a pulp.
He sighed, finally deciding to just come out with it.
"I love you"
Bree sat there in shock for a moment, and just as he was about to apologize, she spoke.
"I love you too"
3. Unaccepted
Bree and Eddy stormed angrily into the lab, Eddy locking the door so no one else could come in.
"I can't believe them" Bree said bitterly, wiping her tears. Eddy pulled her close, stroking her hair soothingly to calm her down.
He wanted to say that things would be okay, but he couldn't. Because he wasn't even sure of that himself.
4. Run Away
"You ready?" Eddy asked as they stood at the door of their house, possibly leaving for the last time. Bree smiled softly.
"As ready as I'll ever be" she whispered lovingly into his ear.
5. It's Your Fault
"Donald! Bree and Eddy are GONE! And it's all because of what you said to them!" Tasha shouted, tears streaking her face as a mixture of sadness and anger bubbled up inside of her. Davenport shook his head, trying to rid himself of the yelling and insults being thrown at him by his family.
"Dude, I thought you were awesome! But it turns out, you're just a big jerk" Leo spat. Chase opened his mouth, but Adam stepped in, a devious and somewhat scary smile on his face.
"You're going to regret giving me super strength" he said menacingly.
These are moments I believe would happen in a Cyborg!EddyXBree fic. :P And in order, too! :D Kinda like a trailer for a possible fanfic I may or may not write... Okay, more like a teaser when you put it like that.
