Mira walked to her dorm in the crisp fall air. Her sister walked a few yards away, distracted by this cute guy. The guy was about Mira's age, but Sage still thought he was nice. Mira knew him from her AP class. He got good grades. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Secretly, Mira envied him, but she thought he was cute as well. Sage thought she would attract his eye, but that was not the case. "Hey, Cade!" Cade met Sage's eye but kept walking towards Mira. Mira kept looking down at her book, and didnt notice Cade. Cade tapped her on the shoulder and she jumped. She looked up at Cade and blushed. It was starting to get dark, so her sister walked to her dorm, and Mira walked with Cade to her and her Ex's dorm. Mira sighed, because she had filed to get a new room, preferably with Cade, but she and him both knew that wasn't gonna happen. As usual, her ex, Peter, stood outside waiting for her. "Rivers, I thought ya weren't coming home!" Mira's friend Emily was walking out of her dorm and Peter walked out with her -he was her boyfriend now- at least that's what Peter thought…...
