Hey everybody! As a few of you already know, Gemina is my twin sister. Our birthday was about a month ago. Now, here's the thing: She demands a belated birthday despite the fact I ALREADY GOT HER ONE!!!!! (She kind of ruined it). So, here's a gift fic for Gemina. ……………………………….. Okay, I forgot what kind of fic she wanted. I'm pretty sure it involved Hyuugas though, so here goes nothing!

I do not, will not, and never have owned Naruto or any Naruto characters. However, Hideaki, Hoshiko, and Hanako belong to me, Hiroshi is jointly owned by my sister and me, and Hmai-Li belongs to Gemina, my sis.

The sun was shining brightly through the windows at the Hyuuga compound. The beautiful life-giving rays were met with adolescent's groans, all of whom covered their eyes in one way or another.

Except Hmai-Li, the quirky Hyuuga cook, who was about to take it upon herself to wake everyone up.

"Rise and shine, sleeping beauty!" She screamed as she poured cold water all over Neji. He sat straight up with a shocked and wide awake look on his face.

Everyone else shut their eyes tighter and hoped Hmai-Li only wanted to wake up Neji this morning.

They were dead wrong.

She moved on to her younger female cousin, Hoshiko, who had the misfortune of sleeping practically across the hall from Neji. Hmai-Li soaked this cousin as well.

Leaving both of her Branch cousins spluttering, she moved on to Hanabi's room, where Hanabi greeted her at the door with panicked cries of "I'm awake, I'm awake!"

She opened the next door more quietly than the others.

She whipped out a feather duster and crept towards the small form buried under the covers. She took the edge of the covers, looked around conspirationally at the stuffed animals, counted to three with her fingers, and then ripped off the covers.

"Good morning, Your Majesty!" This was swiftly followed with the feather duster tickling her graceful and poised cousin Hanako's face like there was no tomorrow. Needless to say, Hanako got out of bed in a hurry, calling Hmai-Li a horrid girl as she did.

Now Hmai-Li was going to have the fun of waking up Mister Sleeps-Like-A-Rock. Her elder cousin Hideaki.

She got out the fly swatter and her megaphone.

The remaining 'sleepers' squinched their eyes tighter as swat sounds and Hmai-Li screaming some sort of army-style wake up song reached their ears.

Hmai-Li grinned like a Cheshire cat as she got her trumpet (Yes, she carries around quite a few odd things) and entering her last male cousin's room. He woke up screaming when she playing 'When the saints go marching in' on it, and demanded to know who was killing a goat.

Now it was Hinata's turn.

Hinata had a sinking feeling it was her turn and she should probably just get out of bed. But the bed was just so warm, and the Hyuugas didn't have a heating system (too newfangled)…….

She jumped out of bed with a start as the door slammed open, and Hmai-Li moaned with disappointment, putting down her glockenspiel and informing Hinata she ruined the surprise.

And that was how Saturday mornings generally went in the Hyuuga compound.

Yeah, I know there were a bunch of OC's, but if you read 'Hanabi in the Kitchen' by Gemina, you'll get to understand some of the characters better! Gemina, review and tell me if you liked it. Happy Birthday!
