Bulma sat at a lawn table while she watched Vegeta train. Vegeta was a mystery to her. Sometimes he gave her goosebumps. He never threatened her or anything, but it was that stare of his. Like he was looking into her soul. He has been looking at her and Trunks like that a lot lately. It's starting to weird her out.

Vegeta has the stare of a predator, but it is obvious that he doesn't realize it. The problem is that he has been doing it more than usual lately. He is searching for something. Planing something. The question is: what? He's been acting differently too. Like he is an empty shell. Bulma only saw him like this twice before. The first time started a few weeks before he left into space to train to have a better chance of becoming a Super Saiyan. The second time was after The Cell Games when Goku died and Gohan defeated Cell.

Bulma watches Vegeta for a few minutes longer before going back inside to cool down. She is walking down the hall when she bumps into her father's shoulder. He is rushing down the hallway and she can't help but think that its weird. Her Father never rushed.

"What's up, Dad?" She askes.

"Nothing, sweetheart. Vegeta and I were looking for something important. I had just found a good looking one online and now we are going to have it copied." He explains.

"What is it you found." Bulma suspected that he was avoiding the question but thought it didn't hurt to ask anyway.

"It's a secret, Bulma." He just smiles and she hates that she can't even get mad that her father is sharing a secret with Vegeta.

Well, it just confirms that Vegeta is plotting something and apparently her father is in on it.

"Okay, Dad." Bulma walked down the hall without a second thought about the situation. As a genius, she knew she was going to figure it out sooner or later. Plus she wanted to see her baby boy.

A week of more creepy stares and Bulma finally gets her answer. They are celebrating Trunks fourth Birthday and everyone is there -except Vegeta. He is running unusually late. Everybody is partying and the cake is about to be cut when he finally comes in a dramatic way.

Everyone is staring. Bulma can practically hear him gulp.

"How dare you come to you sons party late! You said you wouldn't do this!!! Goddamit Vegeta! Is training really that much important than your son's birthday? What is wrong with you?"

Vegeta covers his ears as she screams and curses at him before butting in. "I wasn't late because I was training!!! So be quiet!"

"Them why were you late? Whats your excuse?" she shouts.

Vegeta grumbles about impatient, loud, whiny women before bending down on one knee and pulling a box from his pocket.

He opens the box and Bulma instantly shuts up. Vegeta gulps again before trying to speak. He stutters over his own words.

"Uh... w-will yo-you m-marry me?" his hand is trembling in fear of rejection.

"Of course I will!"

Vegeta slips the ring on her finger and pulls her in for a hug.

When they do have the wedding Trunks is the flower boy, much to Vegeta's dismay because a boy shouldn't play with flowers, and most everybody is happy about the ceremony. Yamcha is there but he is sulking like a fool.

Vegeta's face gets beet red when he realizes he as to kiss her in front of everyone. Overall, it is a very good wedding.

"Why did you decide to propose in front of everybody?" Bulma asks as they are having their first dance.

"So that fool of an ex of yours will know if he wants you back he's going have to fight me."

Bulma buries her face in his shoulder and smiles.
