Drabble

My sore muscles ached, my head throbbed, and to top it off I smelt like something rotting. OK, so that might be a little over the top. But I did smell sweaty. I needed a long soak in the cool pond with only my thoughts. I stripped off quickly and shoved my clothes under a branch before running and quickly plunging myself into the water.

Meanwhile..

The splash in the distance startled me. Quickly grabbing my wand I rushed towards the noise to my right. It wasn't far to walk and even quicker when I ran. I shoved a tree branch out of my way, managing to snag my hair on a tree twig. I forced my mind to concentrate on the noises being made and didn't't notice the bundle of clothes placed quite nicely to the side.

My heart fluttered and my blood pressure must have soared with the view I was watching. Quite unaware of what was happening around him, Ron lay on his back and stared into the dark night. Occasionally kicking his legs to keep afloat. It wasn't the fact that I wasn't accustomed to watching Ron swim, it was the simple fact that he was naked.

His glistening body shone with the full moons raise, the ripples gliding away from him like he was the centre of life. A sigh echoed around the quite area, flushing I realised it was mine own. Smiling, I was determined to remember this forever. As if he realised someone was watching him. Ron' eyes began to wander his surroundings. Taking my queue I quickly tiptoed back the way I had come.

Quickly grabbing his towel, Ron scrubbed his body dry with the object. Only then did his gaze go to the familiar object. There, quite nicely, lay a green hair grip. One used by a very familiar witch.

A flush shone over his features before the need to smile overtook.

"So I guess am not the only one having midnight peep shows, eh Hermione?"
