Marinette flopped onto the couch in the living room.

Chloé the school bully, was even more cruel than usual claiming that her childhood friend died in a plane accident.

She refused to reveal anymore details than that, but Marinette didn't really care.

Though she did feel sorry from whoever was Chloé's childhood friend. To die so young . . . And they did have to deal with Chloé when they were young.

Marinette sighed, bored.

"Woof!" Barked a small puppy.

Marinette's face lit up as her puppy, Tikki barked and wagged her tail.

"Hiya girl. How are you doing today?" Marinette cooed, picking up the small dog.

Tikki barked some more and looked over to the door.

"Oh . . . do you want to go for a walk girl? Let me grab your leash and we'll be good to go." Marinette said, putting Tikki on the ground as she got the leash and some bags in case Tikki pooped.

Marinette clipped the leash onto the puppy's collar and opened the door.

She scooped up Tikki as she walked down the stairs.

Marinette cracked the door open and called, "I'm going to take Tikki out for a walk."

"Okay sweetie, just get back before dark!" Called out her mother, Sabine Dupain-Cheng.

"I will Mama!" Marinette called back.

She lived with her mother and father above the family bakery. They had a nice life, the bakery was the best there ever was.

Marinette opened the door that led to the apartments and set Tikki down, the tiny dog boucing with energy.

Marinette laughed and she followed Tikki to the park that was close by.

They played fetch for a while until the sun was beginning to set.

Noticing that, Marinette whistled for Tikki to come.

She rubbed the area between the Tikki's ears telling her about what a good girl she was when she heard shouting.

"LOOK AT ME! I'M THE FAMOUS MODEL ADRIEN AGRESTE!" Shouted a boy's voice.

Marinette looked around and spotted the source of the sound.

Standing in front of an ad was a see through boy with cat ears and a tail.

Wait . . . what?!

Marinette blinked and rubbed her eyes to try and see if her mind was playing tricks on her mind.

Nope, the boy was still there.

Marinette sallowed and slowly rose, cultching Tikki's leash tightly in her hand.

Gathering her courage and ingoring the voice in the back of her that was screaming that this was a terrible, horrible idea, Marinette walked forward with Tikki to the boy.

"Um, excuse me? What are you doing?" Marinette asked.

The boy who called himself Adrien Agreste looked over at her in shock and said, "You can see me?!"
