ANGEL OF THE NIGHT

An angel in a world that would not care.

A Phantom lost in a world of despair.

An angel sings in a Phantom's dreams.

She belongs in his world or so it seems.

He gave her his music of the night.

Because she made his song take flight.

As the Phantom sings, her soul takes wing.

He is her dark angel. A musical king.

He gave her his heart and she walked away.

In his world of darkness her soul could not stay.

As he watched her disappear around the bend.

The music of the night came to an end.
