Scrubs- My Choice
Plot: Jd has to make a choice one of horrifying proportions whether he should stay at Sacred Heart hospital or leave and join another hospital will his friends be able to persuade him to make the right decision
It was a dark gloomy morning the sky hung with gray clouds Jd was walking towards Sacred Heart hospital he was a bit down see last night he received a phone call from St David's Hospital which is in New York he stopped outside the hospital watching as the clouds finally released the water it had been holding onto all night he felt the first few drops hit his face and trickle down his nose he continued looking at the hospital watching as a ambulance sped round the corner it parked outside the hospital and two guys rushed out the vehicle slamming the doors as they went they went to the back of the ambulance and opened the doors revealing a rather injured man in the stretcher I watched as the two men wheeled him inside the hospital Jd finally decided to walk inside the hospital he walking through the hallways until he got to the nurses desk Jd rested his head on the desk and closed his eyes Carla raised a eyebrow and slammed a chart next to his ear causing Jd to jump up in fright Carla chuckled "Bambi… Mr Robson needs a Ct scan see to that please" Jd didn't respond causing Carla's mother hen instinct to kick in "Jd what's wrong" He stared at her his eyes wide Carla's deep brown eyes burrowed into his own he just had to tell her "I have to make a decision" He says putting it simply Carla again raised her eyebrow "That…doesn't tell me much Bambi" she laughed Jd's mouth suddenly went dry he began to speak albeit very quietly "I have to choose whether to stay here or move to St John's in New York Jd paused taking in Carla's face which now dropped onto the desk she was leaning on "So…what have you decided" She stammered out Jd shrugged "I…don't know" He says grabbing the chart and walking off down the hallway Carla was left staring into the distance
Chapter 2 Elliot and Insanity
Carla grabbed Elliot as she rushed past she yelled "What the Frick Carla" She shushed her and started to speak "I have news" Elliot began to speak in a rushed manor "Oh my god my Dad's dead" Carla shook her head "My mom" Again she shook her head "My Latin pool boy Alberto?" Carla once again shook her head "It's Jd" She says Elliot's face turned into one of panic she motioned her to continue "Elliot…Jd is…sorry has been offered another job in New York" Elliot's face was frozen into one of sadness "I as his friend and you as his wife need to persuade him to stay here where he is needed" Elliot nods Carla continues speaking "And don't you dare breath a word of this to Dr Cox because you know what he's like" Elliot rolls her eyes "Yes..I do" and with that she walks down the hall again leaving Carla staring into the distance Dr Cox stopped staring at Carla who was still staring into space he whistled snapping her out of her trance "Say Carla…now that your head nurse at this dump your gonna need to start paying attention to what's going on in front of you for example that drunk guy who has just vomited onto that nurse's shoes" Carla looked once then looked away her face had one of disgust on it Dr Cox faced her again "Anyway…I've gotta get going see unlike you I'm not staring of into the distance just wishing for someone to rush me out of here" He smiles because he knew he had come out of this convocation triumphant when Carla took the smile of his face "You ever….ever have another of your stupid little rants at me again I will spread your secret that you slept with a man" This time Carla's face had the smile on it Dr Cox stumbled on his words and instead of replying he walked of down the hall Carla sat down and continued on with her work
