This is a one-shot of the car accident that killed lissa's parents, brother, and rose. (Well she is shadow kissed so I thought I'd include her) haters are welcome in lissa's pov
"Hey rose" I asked while I was in the back seat of the SUV "what do you want to get at the mall?" (A.N. sorry I don't know what they where doing at the time )
"Well the dance is coming up so….. Im gonna need a dress! You have got to help me pick it out!" she practically screamed with joy.
"Hey you girl's quiet down back there," my mother said "Its pretty bad traffic out here."
Hmm… as I looked out the window I realized it was raining. Wow I wonder why I didn't notice that before. Oh well we will get there soon anyway. I thought happily.
"I want a red dre-" rose started. All the sudden I flew forward hit the seat belt very hard as I realized the car was flipping. It landed on its side. The smell of iron and burnt metal hung heavy in the air. I couldn't here anything threw the buzzing in my ears. I opened my eyes to look at rose and see if she was ok. She was lying on her stomach with a crimson pool surrounding her.
" NO! No no no! Not rose! Please god not rose! She was my best friend!" I said as I started sobbing. I reached out to hold her hand. As soon as I touched it I felt warmth ( A.N. not from the fire) and happiness come from inside and flow threw me. All the sudden the feeling was gone and rose sat up staring at me.
"OH MY GOD ROSE!" I screamed "I THOUGHT I LOST YOU!"
Rose started looking around the mess when we saw a couple figures hovering near the door. I started screaming again thinking it was strigoi. When the figures wrenched open the doors we saw they were paramedics. Thank god! I thought.
When we got outside I saw them carrying my parents and André to the ambulance. I asked if I could ride with them because I thought for sure they were going to be fine. But the police said that there were people here to take us back to the academy. "But what about my mom and dad?" I sobbed .
"Lissa I don't think they made it" rose said in very very sad voice.
No one could explain the ever aching pain in my chest as I screamed and sobbed.
"Lissa wake up" rose said as I awoke "it was just a dream" that night replayed in my head over and over again as I fully awoke in the college dorm.
The dorm is from the begging of V.A so please review I know it was short but I am just trying to get the creative juices flowing please be honest cause I don't think I'm that good of a writer
