This is my analysis of Magic Dance. There is not really too much to analyze so I will do as much as I can for as little as I have to work with. I believe they are talking about Sarah in the fact, well just read it!!!

He is saying here that the goblins remind him of Sarah. (somehow they do) Sarah has the power to control every thing that he does. But somehow I seem to get mixed signals here in the fact that Toby is supposed to be turned into a goblin.
I saw my baby, crying hard as babe could cry. What could I do? My baby's love had gone and left my baby blue. What could I do? Nobody knew.

But in the saying 'put that baby spell on me', the goblins are saying 'use what ever you have to do to subdue Sarah (they are under his control and they are intimidated by the Goblin King so they mist agree with him, since they obviously are when he tells them to laugh and they do.) The last part after 'jump magic jump' I have no clue about.
