This is my new oneshot called: Nothing special. It is set during the episode '42' with the Doctor and Martha. I was watching the episode last night and this idea popped into my head, so I hope you like it :)

She didn't know how it had happened. One moment the doctor had been screaming in pain, the next she had felt herself being captured by the blinding light spilling from his eyes. The light seemed to engulf her, and her memory was wiped blank, it took her a while to realise she was sitting in somebody elses thoughts. The bright yellow light was still there smothering Martha's vision, a couple of seconds later she realised it was no longer the light but someones blonde hair, as it turned around to reveal a face of a girl.
"Doctor?" The voice called out. Martha now realised that she must be in the Doctors memory, in his mind, and she wasn't sure if she wanted to be there. Suddenly the girl dissapeared and Martha's vision was swarmed with pictures of millions of things, from people to places, people, aliens, planets. But the one thing that seemed to stand out the most, is that one blonde girl. Suddenly everything went black. Martha couldn't see anything. She tried to scream out but nothing came. Martha began to panic, but then suddenly Martha was presented with about ten boxes. She read them all carefully, and finally decided to go for the one name precious memories She wasn't sure how to get in to it, or even if she should but before she could decide anything the box was already opened and more boxes were shown in front of her. Martha's eyes were imedietly and jealously drawn to the box named Rose. And again before she could do anything she was zoomed into his 'precious memories' of Rose. His mind was flooded with her.She realised the blonde girl was her. She was Rose, and she was everywhere in his mind, always. Of them smiling, running, hugging, holding hands, even kissing. Martha felt burning in her eyes, and she didn't think it was the sun. All of the things the Doctor and Martha had done. He had done it all before. With her.
Martha had had enough.
She was nothing special.
No comparison.
And she was fed up of it. She wished and wished to be let go of these memories and eventually she was. Martha felt herself being pushed back by a huge force, and before she could stop herself she hit the ground with an almighty thud.
"Martha! Are you okay? What happened then? That light was surrounding you! I thought you were burrning!!" Kath screamed at her, while holding out her hand. Martha didn't answer, but gladly accepted the help to her feet. Martha looked over to the Doctor, who was still in the process of being frozen. She walked back over to the controls. "Martha?" Kath asked.
"Yeah?" She replied keeping her eyes on the controls, and trying to forget what just happened.
"What happened then?" Martha looked at Kath, and then to the Doctor.
"Oh you know, nothing special."
