A FEW DAYS LATER
It was a stormy night on Angel Island, and everything was normal. Little did anyone know that not only will this be a chaotic night, it will reveal what happened to the echidna tribe. Here we are at the Master Emerald shrine, and we have Knuckles.
*snore*
Sleeping on the job... CRASH! Knuckles woke up at the sound of glass shattering. He turned around only to see a water monster in front of the Master Emerald "Hey, who are you! Oh no!" Knuckles noticed how the Master Emerald was shattered, and blamed it on the monster. (Even though it was your fault Knuckles)
Knuckles was about to punch it, only to be knocked all the way down the shrine. By the time he got back up, the monster was gone. "Wow, that was amazing! I've never seen anything like it!" The ground started shaking, meaning Angel Island was falling to the ocean.
IN THE MYSTIC RUINS JUNGLE
A big blue cat was sleeping with his frog friend. So I won't go insane writing that description, let's name them Big the Cat and Froggy. Anyway, Froggy heard a sound, and saw something shiny. Big was awakened by the sound, and saw Froggy swallow something blue. The frog suddenly grew a tail, before swallowing the yellow emerald and running, hopping?, away. "Hey, come back here Froggy!"
AT STATION SQUARE: 10:00 PM
It was a quiet rainy night in Station Square, which is one of the biggest tourist places. Suddenly, the world famous Sonic the Hedgehog started hopping around, before standing on top of a tall building. "Ah yeah! This is a beautiful city!" Sonic then heard police sirens, before seeing the police, who were driving horribly, going to City Hall. Sonic hopped down, before following them.
STATION SQUARE CITY HALL: 10:15 PM
The police surrounded the blue water monster, asking it to surrender otherwise they'll fire. The monster ignored them, before the police fired. The bullets had no effects however. "W-What is that thing? R-Retreat! RETREAT!" The chief said before backing away. Sonic appeared, taunting the monster. "Looks like you're having fun."
The monster started attacking Sonic, causing him to experiment with something new. He recently learned he could dash in the air, so he decided to see what would happen if he aimed at something. Sonic suddenly dashed towards the monster, causing it to disintegrate. "Wow! That was nice!" Sonic said to himself, causing him to get distracted allowing the monster to knock him into a wall. "Hey no fair!"
Sonic started run around the monster causing it to get disoriented. Sonic eventually distracted it long enough allowing him to make the finishing blow.
The thing then went down the sewer drain, leaving Sonic confused. "Hmm, that was interesting." "I've finally found you! The ultimate monster of destruction... Chaos! Hohohohohohohoho!"
THE NEXT DAY IN THE SKIES: 09:15 AM
Amy Rose was flying her car, excited to go to Station Square. She heard it was one of the best cities to live in. "This is actually very peaceful." Amy said to herself. Amy saw the city through the clouds, and started descending. "Hey look, a flying car!" A citizen said before Amy landed. "I'm going to find an apartment." "Aren't you a bit young for this?" Someone asked.
STATION SQUARE HOTEL 09:30 AM
Sonic was sleeping in a hotel, until he heard a sound. "Hmm?" Sonic looked up, only too see a gray plane with smoke coming out of the engine. "Is that..." Sonic saw a orange fox, and realized who it was. "Tails? You're going to crash!" Tails disappeared out of sight, before Sonic heard a small explosion sound. "Tails... Guess I have no choice..." Sonic said to himself before going to Emerald Coast to save Tails.
EMERALD COAST: 09:32 AM
Sonic started running fast, determined to save Tails as fast as possible. Thankfully the beach was empty as nearly everyone was still in their hotels or apartments. Unfortunately, the whales were awake however. As soon as Sonic reached a peer, a Killer Whale started destroying it, with Sonic running away. "I think I've found something to fear more then water, Orcas." Sonic said before seeing the plane close by.
STATION SQUARE TRAIN STATION ENTRANCE: 09:39 AM
"Looks like my journey starts here." Knuckles said to himself, determined to find the Master Emerald. "This isn't going to be easy. Pieces flew in a million different directions. Guess I'll start at the city hall." He continued before walking to it. He noticed how there was a barricade blocking it, so he had to break through it, leading to the other side.
EMERALD COAST: 09:41 AM
Tails started regaining consciousness, though his head still hurt. He saw a arm sticking out, and when he looked up, saw his best friend Sonic the Hedgehog. "Hey, are you ok?" Sonic asked. "Yeah, I think..." Tails replied.
Sonic and Tails made it back to the hotel, which is where Sonic asked Tails what happened. "You normally don't crash like that." "Oh, I was experimenting with a new model." Tails said before showing Sonic a Purple Chaos Emerald, shocking him. "The transmission must've been weak. I have something to show you at my Mystic Ruins workshop!" Tails said before leaving.
ON THE TRAIN: 10:20 AM
Tails fell asleep on the train, with him leaning on Sonic's arm. This kid's as cute as ever. His thinking was interrupted by Tails' ear twitching in his sleep, along with a yawn.
It's been four years since I met him on Westside Island, and he's still slightly timid. He's been relying on me, but he can't forever. I don't want to stop hanging out with him, but he does need to become at least slightly independent.
Sonic thought to himself before hearing the train stopping, making him wake up Tails.
NEAR TAILS' WORKSHOP: 10:35 AM
"Hohohohohoho! Hello Sonic!" Sonic recognized that voice from anywhere, and saw Dr. Eggman. "Dr. Eggman!" "Silence! I'm Dr. Robotnik! And I'm here for the Chaos Emeralds!" "Or what?" Tails said. "Or I'll take them by force!" Eggman said before revealing a massive mech. "Beautiful isn't it? I call it, Egg Hornet!" Eggman said before launching missiles. Sonic and Tails started dodging the missiles, and the machine strangely vanished.
"Were'd he go?" Tails said before the machine suddenly reappeared and charged at them. Sonic had a thought. If he's distracted, I can attack him! Sonic took his chance, and attacked him. Even when Eggman leaves the ground again, Sonic just continued attacking him until he was defeated. Eggman however, retaliates by stealing the Chaos Emerald.
"Come here Chaos!" Eggman said before the monster from last night appears. "Oh no! That's the monster from last night!" Thank you for re-affirming that Sonic. Anyway... "Yes, this is Chaos! If I give him all 7 Chaos Emeralds, he'll destroy Station Square! Then I'll be able to build Robotnik Land!"
"Why don't you just build it somewhere else..." "Dang it! You mentioned a plot hole! Now that makes the plot hole worse! I'm doing it here because I'm a genius! Goodbye!" Eggman said before disappearing. He then reappeared. "Oh right, and I already have 3 Chaos Emeralds." He said before disappearing again.
RED MOUNTAIN: 12:00 AM
Knuckles had found a few shards, with many more to come. He noticed a massive hole in the entrance to Casinopolis. The police surrounded the entrance, but Knuckles went in anyway. He saw the shard, and when he grabbed it, suddenly was in a difference place.
UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME
Knuckles noticed a shrine in front of him, so he decided to walk to it. "Where am I? This place somehow seems familiar..." "Tikal, we need those Chaos Emeralds for our society to thrive." Knuckles heard a voice behind him, and when he looked behind, saw a female echidna blocking some male echidnas. "Father, we have no right to take away their livelihood." Once the female echidna stopped talking, he was back at Casinopolis.
ICE CAP: 01:00 PM
Big was still fishing for Froggy, and this time in Ice Cap. How is this guy not frozen yet? He finally gets Froggy, only to lose him. Why does this always happen?
STATION SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER: 1:30 PM
Everyone was shopping, and everything was going smoothly. "Ahh, isn't it nice to go shopping?" Amy asked someone. "Aren't you a bit young for this?" They responded.
TAILS' WORKSHOP: 02:00 PM
Sonic and Tails searched all over the place, but couldn't find any Chaos Emeralds. "Ok Sonic, I have an idea. Stay here for a sec." Tails said before entering his workshop. Sonic started walking over to the other side, until he heard a rumbling sound. Suddenly, the palm trees started lowering and a runway appeared. Sonic was surprised to see his Tornado, heavily updated with a new shape, colors and logo. "Come on Sonic! Jump on!"
Sonic jumped onto the tail, and The Tornado took off quickly.
NEAR THE EGG CARRIER: 03:00 PM
The Tornado started catching up with Eggman's new flying machine, The Egg Carrier. "You know Tails. Standing on a plane like this is really unsafe. Like, I should be flying off now." "Why do you mention this flaw now? You could've told me that 4 years ago." "I thought you would add a second seat, but apparently not."
Eggman noticed The Tornado as a blip on the radar, and sent in his army. Sonic and Tails noticed his army, and Tails started firing. "Again, you built in weapons... but not a second seat. Also, you look... lower quality. No seriously play the Dreamcast release, our models look like something from an older system."
After about 1 hour and 27 minutes, Tails managed to destroy many cannons, and even break a wall into the Egg Carrier, and eventually ended up in front of The Egg Carrier. Eggman decided to use, The Cannon.
"Fire the cannon!" WARNING: FIRING THE CANNON WILL RESULT IN A 33% LOSS IN ENERGY. CONFIRM COMMAND? "Yes!" OK DOCTOR. FIRING CANNON IN 10.
"That was too easy!" Sonic and Tails were oblivious to what was about to happen.

Sonic finally looked at The Egg Carrier, and saw the laser door opening and something charging.

"Tails..." Tails finally looked at The Egg Carrier, and realized they were screwed. "Oh crud..."

"Tails! TURN!" Sonic yelled. Tails started turning left sharply.

CANNON FIRING
The Egg Carrier fired its massive laser. It took so much energy the lights dimmed for a second and the velocity decreased. Tails felt a sudden jolt, before spiraling down. He realized the laser basically disintegrated the wing, and Sonic was nowhere to be found.
ON THE EGG CARRIER: 04:30 PM
Eggman cheered at the sight of The Tornado spiraling to the ground, but his computer reminded him. I SHOULD REMIND YOU THAT WE'VE LOST 33% OF OUR POWER, SO BE CAREFUL. AND ALSO THEY BOTH HAVE A 75% SURVIVAL CHANCE. "Yes computer. But even then it would be a massive setback for them!" Eggman continued celebrating, until he remember to watch where they were going.
THE TORNADO: 04:45 PM
Tails managed to undo his seat belt, but the G forces were preventing him from exiting the plane. Tails, realizing he was doomed if he couldn't leave, jumped. Tails had saw the ground incoming, and released his chute, and closed his eyes. He unfortunately didn't have enough air to slow down enough for a smooth landing, and crashed into the dirt. The impact knocked the 8 year old kitsune unconscious, but it was enough to save his life. The parachute slowly laid on the kitsune, having at-least saved his life. A voice started ringing in his head. Sonic...
OUTSIDE THE STATION SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER: 05:00 PM
Amy finished shopping, and was walking outside, until it suddenly became. "Huh, that's strange. The weather man didn't say there was going to be a Solar Eclipse." She looked up, and saw The Egg Carrier flying over Station Square. She noticed something blue flying down, and hit her head, causing her to fall over. "Ow my head..." She looked to her side, and saw a hurt blue bird with an amulet. How does she not notice that until later in the game?
She picked up the bird, and started carrying it. "You're hurt... Birdy. Where's your family?" She asked the bird before noticing a robot in front of her. "Hello?" She said before the robot started following her. She ran into a building, and exited once the robot was gone.
She continued walking until noticing Sonic. "Sonic!" "Amy? What are you doing here?" Amy explained what was going on, and heard the robot behind her. Sonic was about to stop the robot, until he heard Amy again. "Cute couples free!" Where does it say that? Amy said before entering. Sonic quickly followed behind, but lost her among the way.
Sonic learned that she could be in Speed Highway, and entered the building. Why is there a random ID card?
NEAR MYSTIC RUINS STATION: 08:00 PM
Tails woke up from his dream, and got the parachute off him. "I need to get another Chaos Emerald so I can power up my new plane." He said to himself, before seeing the minecart area was open. Tails searched the jungle and quickly found a Chaos Emerald. Jeez... that was fast. He nearly grabbed it, but it got eaten by a frog. "Hey, come back here!" Tails followed the frog to Sand Hill. Again... that was fast.
Tails started going down a Sandy Hill, at massive speeds. "Reminds me of Ice Cap from... a few hours ago..." Tails was distracted by himself talking, causing him to fall off his board. "Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!" He continued saying until he reached the bottom, allowing him to grab the frog. He suddenly was surrounded by a red ball. "Hey, who are you?" He asked before ending up somewhere else.
UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME
Tails ended up at an unknown village, with echidnas. "Echidnas?" "What must be done. The seven chaos."
Tails noticed a female echidna saying something, before noticing him. "Oh, hello! How are you doing?" She asked. "Good... I think. What were you saying?" "Something my mother told me. She also told me to never forget it.
What must be done. The seven Chaos. Chaos is power. Power comes from the heart. The master of that is the one who controls chaos.
I don't know what it means, but it sounds important.
Also, I don't think we've met. What's your name?"
Tails suddenly felt weird, and he disappeared from the area.
SPEED HIGHWAY: 09:00 PM
Sonic started running fast, and being careful because he was high above the ground. "Ok first. How does this layout work? And second, this looks fun, and dangerous, and fun, and dangerous." Sonic had to run, and even jump on Helicopters. Though despite his speed it took a few hours to get to a massive building. "Why is there a massive hole in a building?" Good question.
Sonic stood on glass, which is where he heard a cracking sound. He looked down, only to realize the glass was cracking. He didn't have time to move, and started running down the building. "Ow. That hurt." He said before noticing more glass below. "This is gonna hurt." Sonic then hit the crash at massive speeds. "Ow... again..." He said before exiting the mall.
NEAR MYSTIC RUINS STATION: 12:00 PM
Tails was suddenly back near his workshop, and saw a big blue cat running towards him. This startled him enough to let go of the frog, making the cat follow him. "Well... that was weird." He saw he had the Chaos Emerald, and went to the workshop.
"The time has come at last...! I can now complete The Tornado 2. I've fixed most of the bugs, I just need to insert the Chaos Emerald and paint it." Tails got to work, spending all night to finishing the model. After a few hours, Tails was finally finished and started flying, determined to catch up to The Egg Carrier.
STATION SQUARE: 07:00 AM
Sonic continued his search, and ended up in front of Casinopolis. He heard a scream from behind, and saw Amy captured by the robot. "Amy! I'm coming!"
UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME
Knuckles finished searching for more Emerald Shards in Lost World, but ended up in the same location as before. "Not this again." He walked to the shrine again, and saw The Master Emerald. "The Master Emerald?" She noticed the same female echidna as Tails
"My father and the others are coming here soon. This time it'll be different. Take everyone and flee!" Knuckles realized she was talking to The Master Emerald, but continued listening. "So you can't leave? Ok, I'll talk to him again." The female echidna noticed some Chao behind her, and started talking to them. "Don't worry friends. I won't let this happen."
Everything started fading to white, and Knuckles was back at the shrine again. "Was I in the past?" He started using the shards to restore The Master Emerald, but it was not fully restored. Knuckles noticed The Master Emerald was showing The Egg Carrier. So that's how he doesn't get bored. Knuckles saw one of Eggman's robots, and decided to follow it.
MYSTIC RUINS STATION: 8:00 AM
Sonic reached Mystic Ruins, only to see Amy and the robot flying away in a beam. Why doesn't he take it? Sonic saw it was flying in the direction of Red Mountain, and decided to follow it.
NEAR EGGMAN'S BASE: 08:10 AM
Knuckles followed the robot, and noticed a base that wasn't there before. "When did he get time to build this?" After Knuckles entered a door inside the base, he used a teleporter to enter The Egg Carrier.
TOP OF RED MOUNTAIN: 09:00 AM
Tails saw The Egg Carrier in sight, and also saw Sonic. "Sonic!" Sonic heard Tails, and was thankful he was ok. Sonic jumped onto The Tornado 2's wing before Tails floored the petal.
"Hohohohoho. Those two never learn. I guess they want to be shot down again." Eggman said, seeing Sonic and Tails on his radar. Eggman sent his improved army. "You still didn't build another seat?" Sonic said to Tails again. "I didn't have much time!" Tails said to Sonic, again. Tails started shooting down Eggman's army, again.
EGG CARRIER PRISON: 09:30 AM
Amy was patting Birdies' head, until she saw a robot in front of her. "Give me the bird." The robot said. "No! You don't even feel the slightest bit of sympathy!" You cannot program feelings into a robot you idiot. "Does not compute. Why are you trying so hard to help a stranger?" The robot was now confused. "Eggman doesn't teach you these things does he?" Again, you can't program feelings.
Birdy suddenly left Amy's grasp, and flew in front of the robot. The robot then opened the prison, and told Amy to leave.
OUTSIDE THE EGG CARRIER: 09:45 AM
Sonic and Tails managed to end up in front of The Egg Carrier again, which is where Eggman started charging the laser again. "Tails! It's coming again!" "Don't worry Sonic! I'm prepared!" Tails said before pressing a button. An arm quickly grabbed Sonic, as the plane transformed into an X shape, before putting Sonic down again. "Here we go!" Tails started firing at The Egg Carrier's cannon, and finally managed to defeated the laser.
"Ok, let's land!" "Yeah! Let's- Oh crud... There's no landing gear..." "WAT! Why don't you have landing gear in this mode?" "How do you have landing gear in this mode?" "Its been awhile since you've watch Star Wars hasn't it?" Then they "landed" on The Egg Carrier. "Well, this somehow still looks in really good condition. But we need to save Amy!" Sonic said before dashing through The Egg Carrier. "So, you want to play rough huh! I'll show you rough!" Eggman said on his intercom, before transforming The Egg Carrier. "You'll have to go through the Sky Deck!" "Why did you say that?"
INSIDE THE SKY DECK: 11:00 AM
Knuckles was finding more Emerald Shards, and found out something. If he pushed the switch in a direction, it would turn the ship. "Ok!" Knuckles pushed the switch foward, only to break it. "Well, that's a problem." He said before The Egg Carrier started tilting down. BOOM!
WE'LL BE RIGHT BACK
And we're back. Let's change to Amy. Amy was running through The Egg Carrier, trying to find her way out. She noticed an elevator, and went in. The elevator was for some reason designed to spin the person as well. "*sick sounds* I'm gonna be sick." Amy was outside The Egg Carrier, only to see Eggman. "Eggman!"
Sonic and Tails came out of the elevator, fast enough to see Birdy taken away from Amy. Eggman opened the amulet, to reveal a Chaos Emerald, before letting Birdy go. "Chaos Emerald?" "Why yes! Now, goodbye! Gamma!" Eggman sent in the robot that let Amy go, to destroy Sonic and Tails.
"Are ya ready Gamma!" "Eye eye doctor." "I can't hear you!" "Eye eye doctor." Gamma said before starting his attack.
HOT SHELTER: 03:00 PM
"Froggy? Froggy!" Big was still searching for Froggy, until he noticed him in a tube. "I'll save you Froggy." Big threw his fishing line, and waited. And waited, and waite-.
OUTSIDE EGG CARRIER: 03:02 PM
Tails started to surprise Gamma by hiding, before attacking. Sonic finally managed to land a hit on Gamma, causing it to land. Sonic started running towards Gamma, until Amy stepped in front of Gamma. "Amy, what are you doing?" "Sonic, don't hurt him! He let me out of prison earlier today!" "Amy... Ok, I guess you have your opinions." Everyone on the ship felt something, and Tails determined that the ship was going down. Sonic told Tails to take Amy and Gamma to leave, while he continues to fight Eggman. Before leaving, Amy said something to Gamma. "You don't have to listen to Eggman anymore."
"If I'm going to continue, I'll have to change this ship back to its original shape." Sonic said, noticing a door. Once he entered, he sat on the chair, revealing the button used to transform the ship." Sonic pressed it, then went to Eggman. "What the?" Sonic saw Chaos with 6 Chaos Emeralds. "Hohohohoho! This is amazing! Now Chaos, destroy Sonic!" Eggman said before Sonic saw someone beside him. "Froggy! Froggy!" Big said, panicking. "Is that your friend inside?" Big nodded at Sonic's question, before noticing Knuckles as-well.
"Knuckles!" "Sonic, is that Chaos?" "Apparently." Sonic and Knuckles thought of a plan, before telling Big to throw is line. With Chaos distracted, Knuckles launched Sonic at Chaos with an ice generator. Sonic threw the ice generator at Chaos, before charging a light speed dash, and attacking Chaos.
Chaos was shattered by the impact, and Eggman realized it was defeated. "No! No! Chaos!" Eggman grunted, before leaving. "Hey, you're not getting away!" Sonic said before jumping at him. Knuckles glided off The Egg Carrier as it exploded, and Big took The Tornado 2.
ANGEL ISLAND: 04:30 PM
Knuckles finally restored The Master Emerald, allowing Angel Island to start rising again. He started resting again, this time staying awake. You're really asleep again?
MYSTIC RUINS JUNGLE: 04:31 PM
Sonic landed after falling for awhile, and saw a temple rise out of the ground. He didn't think much of it at first, until he saw a red ball going inside. "Hey, who are you? Wait!" Sonic said as he entered the temple. He noticed a small waterfall with a door behind it, and decided to enter it while saying. "It's now or never."
This lead to a large room with something at the end, making him run till he reached it. This thing was a mural of Perfect Chaos destroying a civilization. "What the?" Sonic said as everything faded to white.
UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME
Sonic found himself near an area that looked like The Master Emerald shrine. "What's this?" Sonic walked until he noticed a female echidna talking to himself. "Why... why did this happen... I must stop him!" "Hey, wait!" Everything then faded to white again.
STATION SQUARE: 05:30 PM
Tails and Amy landed, with Tails being exhausted from flying. Amy decided to find Birdy's family, while Tails stayed. Tails noticed Eggman pressing something, before a missile rose out of the ground. "A MISSILE!?" Tails said horrified, and it fired. Thankfully it didn't go off, but that just made Eggman decide to leave.
Everyone started writing their last wills, before seeing Tails flying to the missile. He took of the cover, revealing many wires. Tails knew if he cut the wrong wire, Station Square would be destroyed. Sonic... I can't rely on him forever... I must Believe In Myself! Tails took a deep breath, before cutting the red wire.
Nothing happened, except the timer stopping. "I did i-!" BOOM!
JUST KIDDING
But when Tails thought it was over, a massive rumble proved him wrong. He turned around, only to see Eggman in a massive mech. "Do you like it? I call it the Egg Walker! Now, get out of my way Mutant Freak before I squish you like a Cockroach!" Eggman said, putting Tails down.
I'm not a freak!
Tails then started talking. "Hey! I'm not a Mutant, Freak or Cockroach! If anything... you're the Cockroach!" "Ok Tails. If that's the way you want to play..." Eggman said before stomping his feet near Tails. Tails was nearly crushed by his feet, but just managed to dodge them. Tails noticed that despite the design being great, there was one flaw, the legs.
When Eggman sat down like a spider, Tails swiped his famous Tails to damage the legs. "Stop! You're going to destroy it!" Eggman said worried but Tails didn't stop, and after 3 more seconds, the machine exploded, with Tails surviving it. Everyone started cheering for Tails. "You did it!" "Miles Prower!" "Miles Prower!" "Miles Prower!" Tails started running around, before flying away.
OUTSIDE LOST WORLD: 06:00 PM
Sonic woke up, wondering if he just dreamed. Before he continued to ponder, he saw Eggman flying to his base. "Hey! Come back here!" Sonic said before entering Eggman's base, which was surprisingly small. After walking for a bit, he saw Eggman in his Egg Viper.
"Damn you Sonic! How dare you always, always, always, always get in my way! And now... You've destroyed The Egg Carrier, defeated Chaos, and finally leading my base to ruins! This time I'll show you the ace up my sleeve!" "This time I'll show no matter how many times you try, you'll always fail!" Sonic said before Eggman launched himself at Sonic, pinning him against a wall. "Hohohohoho! How does it feel Sonic?" Sonic started pushing with all of his strength, which was surprisingly enough to launch himself into the cockpit.
Eggman flew away yet again, while Sonic dashed out of the base, which exploded as soon as he exited.
NEAR RED MOUNTAIN: 06:30 AM
Gamma was wondering, thinking about what Amy said. "You don't have to listen to Eggman anymore." Gamma then had images of Eggman, Birdy's parents, and Amy flashing in his memory. Gamma continued to think about it, and decided to listen to Amy's advice. "Operation: Find Friends."
STATION SQUARE: 08:00 AM
Amy, after barely escaping Zero in Final Egg, thought something. If Birdy escaped The Egg Carrier, then her parents would be there. She got into her car, and started the engine. "Come in Birdy!" Amy said, before driving. Amy drove into the ocean in Hovering Mode, and continued to drive until reaching The Egg Carrier. She entered The Egg Carrier, but ended up going in a circle. She then heard something.
"Did you hear a scream above? What was that?" Amy took the elevator, which was fast enough to allow her to see Gamma and Beta being destroyed by each other. Amy ran to them, crying. "No..." Unbelievably, two birds flew out of the trashed robots. Birdy started flying to her parents, until being struck by Zero. "No... Y-You did this! Don't you have a morality?!"
Amy finally snapped, and lunged at Zero and hit it with her hammer. Zero started spinning around, before Amy heard a small explosion sound. The robot's head started billowing smoke, before it fell over.
Amy went over to Birdy, to see if she was ok. Thankfully, Birdy woke up, and started flying away. "Goodbye!" Amy said to them. Amy entered her car, and was about to drive back to Station Square, until she saw Birdy and her parents coming back. "You want to come with me?" The birds nodded. Amy got them into a single seat, and started driving.
MYSTIC RUINS: 09:00 AM
"Dang it Sonic! Don't think it's over!" Eggman yelled at Sonic before leaving. "Don't ever come back!" Sonic said. "Sonic!" Sonic heard Tails behind him, and they both started running and flying side by side.
At the edge of a cliff, Sonic and Tails started talking. "Sonic, I did it!" Tails told Sonic what happened, making Sonic proud of him. "Tails, I knew you could it. "
STATION SQUARE: 10:00 AM
Amy and her new friends made it back to Station Square, with Amy parking her car on a high road. (Remember this for later) "Ahh, isn't it good to drive?" "Aren't you a bit young for this?"
THE NEXT DAY
"I hate that hedgehog!" Eggman said flying in the Mystic Ruins Jungle. "I have another thing up my sleeve! Chaos?" Eggman noticed Chaos, before being attacked.
ANGEL ISLAND: 10:00 AM
Knuckles was woken up, again by a sound. "Eggman? What are you doing here?" Knuckles said before being interrupted by Eggman. "Chaos is still alive!" "Chaos?" Kunckles questioned before being hit by something, knocking him out.
MYSTIC RUINS JUNGLE: 10:10 AM
Tails was searching for The Tornado 2, to continue working on it. "Tornado 2! Why am I even calling its name?" Tails asked before noticing the wrecked plane. "So it can crash on solid metal, but it can't survive hitting dirt..." Tails was about to grab the Chaos Emerald, but it was swept away by a wave. "What the?"
A few minutes later, Tails got a call.
STATION SQUARE: 10:11 AM
Amy was driving her car, until she started hearing a rumbling sound. "Hmm?" She wondered until a pot hole explode with water. "What the?" She put the car into fly, and flew into the air. She would thank herself for doing that, because a few seconds later the city started flooding. Amy called Tails, and told him this.
"Tails! We have a situation at Station Square! Bring Sonic!"
STATION SQUARE: 10:30 AM
Everyone arrived at Station Square, SOMEHOW. "I always knew Eggman would be the death of me!" Amy said, annoyed. "Well...that adventure was useless..." Knuckles then said. A flashing red ball suddenly appeared. "What the?" Sonic and Knuckles said before being placed back at the Burning Shrine.
BURNING SHRINE: YEARS AGO
"I knew it wasn't a dream!" "The past?" Sonic and Knuckles started running to a pink echidna guarding the shrine. "No matter how far you go! You'll always want more! Please stop!" The leader didn't listen, and charged towards the shrine. Before they could get The Master Emerald, Chaos suddenly appears and a massive flash happens.
"Hey, are you ok?" Sonic asked Tikal?" "Yeah... I think..." Tikal noticed Chaos, and started running towards it. When she got there, she said the chant her mother told her. "What must be done. The seven Chaos. Chaos is power. Power comes from the heart. The master of that is the one who controls chaos." Everything faded to white, and Sonic and Knuckles were back at the present, along with Tikal.
STATION SQUARE: 10:45 AM
When they did, they saw The Egg Carrier 2 being shot down. "AHHH!" Eggman shouted, being flung away. "I sealed myself along with Chaos in The Master Emerald, hoping it would never be broken. We need to seal him again!" "But he'll still be unhappy!" Sonic protested.
Tails then came up with a plan. "If Chaos absorbed the negative energy. Sonic can absorb the positive energy!" Everyone started giving Sonic the Chaos Emeralds, while everyone started cheering for Sonic.
Sonic started floating, before transforming Super. Sonic gave a wink, before going to attack Chaos.
"I'll show you the real power of the Chaos Emeralds!" Super Sonic said while charging towards Perfect Chaos. He dashed into Perfect Chaos, resulting in him coming out of his mouth. Perfect Chaos started charging a laser, before firing, knocking Super Sonic backwards. "Ow..."
Super Sonic noticed Chaos was charging a laser at his friends, before firing. "Sonic!" Tails screamed before the laser was blocked by Super Sonic. Super Sonic finally started flying for the final blow. He launched himself into Perfect Chaos' mouth, resulting in Perfect Chaos disintegrating.
Super Sonic finally transformed back to normal, and everyone cheered. Sonic, Tails and Knuckles looked down at Tikal and Chaos. "Super Sonic neutralized Chaos, now he's good again." Tails said, explaining what happened. Tikal thanked Sonic, before lifting Chaos and herself to Heaven.
"What a nice ending!" Tails said before Sonic responded to him. "You do realize Station Square was destroyed right?" "Mr. Prower! We have a Chaos Emerald for you for saving the city from that missile!" The mayor said. "Again... Station Square, destroyed." "We need an explanation for the next game."

Fun Facts:
The dialogue is much closer to the original Japanese script, with some lines (What must be done. The seven Chaos.), being ripped straight from the original.
Some of the dialogue used were also originally unused in the original game.
I'm actually considering this three stories due to its length. (Similar to how SpongeBob's Truth or Square is episodes 123 and 124 due to its length)
This is the longest story currently written, at over 6000 words.
A normal length story (300-1000 words) takes around a few days to write, this story took WEEKS to write.
This was released on Sonic's 28th birthday.
