On Sunday morning, at 10 a.m., in Los Angeles, CA, death has claimed yet another life in Hollywood. The beautiful actress, Brittany Anne Murphy, died of cardiac arrest at the tender age of 32.

For quite a few months now, this woman has been my dream vision of the Nolan-verse incarnation of Harley Quinn. Now that she's gone, we'll never get to see her take on that coveted role, also with the fact that our beloved Joker, Heath Ledger, left the world nearly 2 years prior…

R.I.P. Brittany Murphy

(November 10th, 1977- December 20th, 2009)

For one moment in this world, a ray of sunshine blazed across the gray, dreary dominion of sinful humans. An angel with an infectious laugh, tiny body, and lovely brown eyes let everyone know that she was around, to make people happy.

She would paint her many diverse film roles with her magic wand, setting a golden glow around her angelic halo.

In your many films, your lovely presence has graced our entertainment with strong roles of independent women…

You were a sympathetic mental patient who would never tell a secret she felt bound to guard with her life…

A rock 'n' roll princess who was a grown-up who needed to grow up…

A spunky waitress who declared herself to be impossible to get, who held a spark of courage, standing up to dangerous, hot-tempered men…

You were a gorgeous, strong-willed dame who still had so much to give.

Now, in Gotham City, a royal court stands empty without you, one of chaos and passion.

In Arkham Asylum, a certain clown is waiting for his beautiful harlequin to jump into his murderous arms and never let go…

Death is not a joke to be taken lightly, which is a painful truth of comedy…

Now, we say a farewell which we all hoped would not come until the distant future.

As you view us mortals in Heaven, we look up into the fiery, star-filled sky of our Gotham City and see our mischievous dame in lights…
