A/N Not really into Harry Potter anymore, but this has been playing around in my for a while now, so I thought I might as well.

Some Things You Didn't Know About Belletrix Lestrange

1) Belletrix Lestrange was never one to worry herself with little things like fear.

It never seemed necessary. The Lord would protect her from anything, everything. He loved her as she loved him, and that she was positive of.

2) Mudbloods, always the key concept, were poison.

That's what she told herself when Andromeda had walked out the door with her single bag. Mudbloods were like a rotten apple on her pure family tree, and they would not be tolerated.

3) She had felt a grim sort of satisfaction, when she had left. Mother had been ashamed, Narcissa distraught. Sirius empathetic, Regulous indifference, her father had felt boiling, uncensored rage. She had felt satisfaction. Andromeda had always been the favorite, after all.

4) She always felt protective over her sisters. When they were sick, or upset, or angry, she had been there to wipe away whatever tears had been allowed.

After Azkaban, though, she didn't feel quite so protective over them. Narcissa had married the coward, Andromeda had birthed a little half-breed. They were distractions, now. Protectivness would only get in the way. Even if they were her sisters.

5) She liked to tell herself Azkaban had been worth it, even though that silly little voice in the back of her deteriating mind told her it wasn't. Azkaban had been worth it.

6) She had felt a pang of guilt over Sirius' death. She didn't know why. She didn't even like him.

7) When she saw her niece's cold, dead corpse, she couldn't help but think of Andromeda. She was her only daughter. The girl had just a baby, if Belletrix remembered correctly, with the bloody wolf. It was a family of disgraces, in everyway that mattered. But still. Andromeda would be upset.

8) She despited every fiber of her husbands being. She felt nothing for him. Not love, nor respect, nor even a glimmer of likeness. His blood was pure, her blood was pure. That's all that mattered.

9) When she had found out that Dumbeldore was dead, she rejoiced. One more step to a perfect world. Even if he was her favorite teacher.

10) She never saw a Weasly as her downfall. Maybe that was why she had died laughing.
