So they all got stricken by the Ghost portal sandy made use of the powers the most. Danny and Sam were done. Sam just wanted to check on Danny. To make sure he was Ok.

Then Sam went back and wrote this in her Diary, Dear diary, today Danny did his best to help me with my every hopes and fears. I know the rose plucking didn't do it but Danny did.
