TEST 01
There was a flash of white light. I blinked. I had eyes. I could see out of them. There were clear objects all around the room. I was aware that something soft was touching my face. It was hair. A blue-green color similar to clear ocean water. I felt like I was being choked. I opened my mouth and inhaled. I had lungs. The cool air of the white room filled them up and I exhaled. I had hands and fingers, I wiggled them and felt a sheet underneath my body. I brought my hand to my face. It was cold. I felt my hair, my eyebrows and lashes. I pushed from the sheet where I was laying and sat up. I looked down. There were cords coming from my chest. I wrapped my fingers around one and pulled. It wouldn't come out. I ran my hands all over my body, trying to get the cords off of me. I couldn't. I put my hand in the middle of my chest, and gasped. There was a beat of something inside of me. Something was trying to get out! I clawed at my chest, to stop whatever was inside of me. A hole in the wall opened, and men with reflective eyes and white clothes came out of it. The men gasped when they saw me. They opened their mouths, and sound came out of them! I wanted to try that! I opened my mouth, but nothing came. I wanted to know how they did that. I put my head in my hands. One of the men cautiously approached me. The man opened his mouth, and he made the most beautiful sounds I had ever heard! I stared at him, wanting to know desperately how he did it. He squinted, and made noise with the other men. They all shook their heads. One man came to my face and stared into my eyes. He grabbed my arm and looked at it intensely. He turned to the others and shook his head again. What was going on? The man stood in front of me again, and pulled on one of the cords, hard. My eyes widened. The air that was inside my lungs ran out. I could feel them shriveling up. My body went slack, and I fell back on the sheet. The pulse inside my chest stopped, I suddenly felt cold. I could feel water on my cheeks, dropping on my cold skin. There was a flash of white light.
