Aoi Hyoudou: Hello, guys! Surprise to hear from me, yes? Well, with three weeks left remaining before spring semester is finally over, I decidedto do special for you. While this might consider being a small spoiler for future chapters of PokéHearts: The Chosen One's Fate and Destiny, I decided to do a one-shot for one of the potential pairings in that series Ash/Korra…aka AuraBendingShipping. Sure, I still prefer my all-time favorite crossover pairing Ash/Aqua…aka FateIntertwineShipping, but Ash/Korra needs some love too so here you go. It might be short, but it's still sweet, and perhaps a bit funny. Hope you enjoy it!

"So…Ash,"

"So…Korra,"

He stared at her.

She stared at him.

He stared at her again.

She stared at him again.

It was becoming really awkward, not just for her, but him as well. It's been a while since they last saw each other, and already it felt like they just met. And when he arrived at Republic City to pay Korra and her friends a quick visit from his busy schedule, he didn't recognize the young avatar because of her new look. At first, he thought the new and improved Korra was Korra's little sister or a distant cousin. This, of course, didn't set the mood for the short haired avatar as she punched him in the arm before dragging him off to the side away from the others. Once they were ear-shot away, she would ask him one important question regarding her new look. What did he prefer the most: her old look or the new one? While he didn't understand why his opinion has to matter, it was obvious that she wanted to hear it from him because in all honestly it matters to her the most.

"Well…?" She was growing impatient with him, tapping her foot and folding her arms together, waiting.

"Hmm…" Ash took a moment to gather his thoughts before speaking up again with a genuine smile on his face. "It suits you."

"What?" Korra looked surprised.

"While I'm going to miss your long hair, you look nice with short hair. It makes you look more mature and confident." Korra blushed, her cheeks turning bright red.

"Thank you, Ash."

"But what does Asami think about it?"

"Huh?" Korra didn't understand why he was bringing in Asami into the conversation. "Uh, she said that she likes it." Then she asked, "Why?"

The latter smirked. "Then it's true."

"Wait, what? What's true?"

"That you and Asami are now dating." He had a teasing smile on his face.

Korra's face froze.

"W-W-What?! Asami and I aren't-" She was so flabbergasted. She could hardly talk. "Ash, you got it all wrong. We're not-and besides I like y-"

"Huh?" Ash looked confused. "But Bolin said that you two were."

Moment she heard Bolin's name, Korra slowly cranked her head towards the earthbender's direction and glared. "Bo…lin!" she hissed his name with clenched teeth.

Sensing that his life was in danger, Bolin immediately sprinted off with Korra trailing not too far behind. "Bolin! When I get my hands on you, Opal won't recognize you for a week!"
