Treasure Chest
Very short but based sort of on the game. Enjoy. My first fic on Wild ARMs so...
Four traveling(amigos) came across a chest. What does it hold? Gella(money)? Wishes? The world's most valuable jewel? The monster they vanquished was a rather difficult beast. One of them can have the right to attain the Chest. Only one way to settle it …
"Ladies first!" Virginia yelled out with that smile of hers walking towards the chest. Only to be stopped by Jet who grabbed a hold of her right leg, which caused Virginia to fall(on her face).
"That Gella is all mine." Jet muttered to himself and headed towards the chest. A shadowy figure surrounded Jet(who had no aware of it)
A voice from above yelled out, "IN-COM-IIING!"
Jet looked upwards, standing there he said "Oh sh--" The rest was muffled beneath Gallows body(really heavy body).
"You heard the narrator, there could be wishes in that thing. And I'm pretty sure you all know what I want." Gallows said with a smirk.
While Gallows was still trying to hold down Jet, Clive ran past them. "Don't tell me you forgot about me."
"Nope!" Virginia managed to catch up and tackled Clive down. " Leader that chest could have very important information." Clive was about a few inches away, including Virginia. Gallows and Jet were still behind but Gallows finally had the heart to get off of him and ran full speed towards the other two. He made a high jump(not sure how) that he meant to squash both Virginia and Clive as what he did to Jet
Jet realized he was behind them all and also started to run.
Unlike Jet, Clive and Virginia rolled over to a side. Apparently the land wouldn't hurt Gallows for he simply landed on his feet(like some stunt double).
At last all four(not really much amigos) had one hand on the chest. They all glared at each other until one of the four had an arrow on the head.
"What?" They all said as an echo. The arrow started to move on Virginia's head.
"Ha! I knew justice would prevail!"
It moved to Jet." Jackpot here I come…"
It was getting annoying now since the arrow kept moving back and forth, until it finally stayed still on a certain 'green head'.
Yes. Clive thought as he used his rifle to bust open the chest.
It exploded.
