Hey Its vitani12-tigeress forever, I wanted to make a short story I hope you like it. It was gonna be 1 chapter but if you want my to continue it I will.
On a warm and sunny day Kiara had just waken up to see that her dad and her mate and most of the pride was not in the den.
Then she saw her mom.
" Hi mom" Kiara said.
"Hi sweetie"
"Um where's Kovu and daddy"
" Your dad went out with Kovu"
"Oh ok"
"Do you wanna talk?"
"Sure"
They were having a great time. Then they saw Simba at the entrance of the den with his head down and wasn't in his excited mood that he was always in when he returned to pride rock.
"Daddy what's wrong? Why are you covered in blood? Where's Kovu?" Kiara asked franticly.
" I'm sorry sweetie" Simba said
All Nala could do was just sit there and wait for what Simba was about to say.
" Where's Kovu?" Kiara said again
" I'm sorry" was all Simba could say.
"WHERE'S KOVU?" Kiara asked getting desperate.
"I'm sorry" Simba said again.
" I'm not joking WHERE IS KOVU?"Kiara screamed.
"He wasn't able to make the trip back to pride rock" Simba said on the verge of tears.
" What happened Simba?" Nala asked.
"Kovu and I were walking toward the border and we got attacked" Simba said as a tear rolled down his face.
" Oh my goodness" Kiara gasped
" I'm so sorry" Simba said crying now.
" No, no, no. He can't be, he just can't be. He was going to be a father" Kiara sobbed as she fell to her belly.
"Simba are you sure?" Nala asked
" I had to move him to a bush but he was still alive but barley" Simba said.
" Take me to him" Kiara said through tears.
"Are you sure you want to? I bet he looks pretty bad" Nala told Kiara
" He does. Are you sure you want to see him?" Simba asked
" I said take me to him" Kiara said forcefully.
"Ok. Follow me" Simba said
Then Simba took Kiara and Nala to where Kovu was. Kovu was under a big bush.
" KOVU!" Kiara yelled as soon as she saw him, his back was turned to her.
Kiara then ran to Kovu and turned his head toward her.
" Oh my goodness" Kiara then fell on to Kovu's back crying.
"Kiara is that you?" Kovu said in barely a whisper.
"I'm here" Kiara said crying again.
" Its my time" Kovu said
" No you can't leave. I won't be able live without you"
"I'm sorry" Kovu said then took his last breath.
"No, No wake up Kovu. You can't do this" Kiara said.
Then all a sudden Kiara woke up with Simba, Nala, and Kovu looking at her with concerned looks.
"Kiara are you ok? You kept telling me to wake up." Kovu said worried
" Kovu, you're ok" Kiara said as she nuzzled Kovu and cried into his mane.
