Arrow's Path
There were times when Arrow felt bad for cheating on Devil.
Really, who wouldn't? For a blood thirsty street samurai, the young human was rather sweet. She was just thick. Arrow wondered more then once if Devil realized there was more to life then smoking, fighting and sex. He doubted it.

Sera smiled seductively at Arrow on the Astral Plane, her light blue eyes warm. Arrow grinned wickedly at her, tugged her into his arms for a slow kiss.

Now, Arrow really did love Devil, don't get him wrong. The dark skinned woman was interesting in her own, brutish way and flexible. Great Dragons was she flexible. Arrow needed more then great sex though. He needed someone to talk magic with.

Sera curled in Arrow's arms, the two of them drifting in the Astral Plane. The Lone Star Mage listened to Arrow as he absently theorized on Magic and why some people could touch it and others couldn't.
This was frequently what they did, bounce idea's and theories off each other. After a few tension releasing activities of course.

Although he would only admit it to himself and only when she was fighting someone, Arrow was terrified of Devil. Her cybernetic "improvements" sent chills up his spine. When he found out her hearing and sight were so good because of cybernetics, Arrow didn't really care. Only because he couldn't tell that she had them.
But when she had replaced her arm because her origninal one was mangled from a 'Run? She could have retired from that! No one in the group would have been angry. Arrow still couldn't stand being in contact with that arm of hers.

Arrow sometimes found himself talking about children with Sera. It was okay though, he didn't mind. Devil disliked kids with a strange and fiery passion. Sera on the other hand, adored them, wanting many if she got married and even if she didn't. It was another thing they shared, besides a vast intellect and magical ability.

Arrow wished that Devil would stop smoking. It was a disgusting, unhealthy habit. The fair skinned mage was almost surprised that the habit hadn't gotten her in trouble yet. Although he felt bad about it, Arrow did hope sometimes that something would go wrong and it would be because of Devil's smoking. Then maybe she would stop.

Arrow and Sera would talk about him leaving Devil, and the Shadows. They never did really plan on it however. Everyone else on the team would hunt him down and kill him, then go after Sera. It didn't stop them from wishing though.

There were times when Arrow felt bad for cheating on Devil. But as he kissed Sera, he reflected that this wasn't one of them.
