The Spider
"Get it! Get it"! Kaoru screamed.
"I'm trying it keeps moving"! Kenji yelled back.
It was a Saturday morning while Kaoru and Kenji were having breakfast when they noticed something large, black, and had 8 legs. Kenshin was at the market getting food for dinner. Kaoru wasn't afraid of many things, but a spider! EW. It was the most disgusting creature on earth. Though her husband had a non-killing policy, she had impulses to just grab a pan and smack the thing. Kenji wasn't afraid of the spider, but he couldn't catch the damn thing. He was using a tea cup to scoop it up, but the spider was an unusually fast one so Kenji had to be careful about hitting it with the small cup.
He ran back and forth around the room try to catch the spider, but it wouldn't stop moving.
"Let's just kill it, and not tell you father". Kaoru suggested, who was now standing on a chair.
"No! We have to be kind to all living creatures one day spiders might be bigger than us! They might be able to squish us one day". He said.
"Kenji-chan that's ridiculous". Kaoru sighed.
"Don't call me CHAN"! He said! He hated that...Kenji-chan this, and Kenji-chan that. He was 13! He at least should have been called Kenji-kun.
"Damn it! Would you stay still ya' damn spider. It's no use let's just open the doors and maybe it will walk out on it's own". Kenji said.
The two got down on the ground and watched the spider crawl around on the ground. It paid no attention to the open door. It was crawling around the kitchen picking up crumbs.
"EW"! Kaoru shriek as she watched the spider.
"Wait I can just pick it up"! Kenji said.
Kenji sprinkled some food on his hand, lowered it on the ground, and scooped up the spider.
"See it's not that scary". Kenji laughed sticking the spider in his mother's face.
"Get it away from me Kenji-chan". Kaoru glared.
"Alright, Alright I'm goi- Oh Kami-sama"! Kenji screamed.
He flung the spider on the ground and moaned in pain. The spider had dug it's teeth into Kenji's finger causing it to bleed.
"Shit, Shit , Shit". He growled.
"Kenji! Watch you language. Let me see".
She took a cloth, and spat on to it. She rubbed the cloth on his finger, and put some ointment on the cut.
"Ew...Mom spit". Kenji said.
"Oh be quiet". Kaoru muttered.
The spider though was still happily crawling on the ground. The two watched the spider for 15 minutes, it seemed like hours. Finally the spider was full and made it's way to the door care freely. But before he knew it he was dead. Sanosuke walked into the kitchen, right on the spider.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING"? Kenji yelled.
"Huh, walking into the kitchen cool it tomato". Sano shrugged.
"I stood in this stupid kitchen, for an hour trying to catch that damn spider! I gave a SPEECH saying you shouldn't kill living creatures! I got bit by the damn thing, and I STILL let it live. Now you waltz in all care free and step on it"! Kenji growled.
"Oh I did. Sorry little spider. So Jou-chan what's for breakfast"?
Kenji launched himself at Sanosuke. The rest of the story is to bloody to write. One little spider can do a lot of damage.
